Del Teil, holiday home with heated pool + wifi

The house Del Teil is a charming stone house in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Located in a small village of 800 inhabitants with all ammenities. The house with heated private pool and enclosed garden is located close to many touristic attractions. In a very quiet street, at this cozy house you can relax with family and friends.

Inside
Cozy living room and large kitchen. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Upon entering the house there is a small staircase leading to the mezzanine where two children can sleep in twin beds. On the first floor is another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a large area on the first floor which is a kind of overflow where you will find a sofa bed (2 persons). Finally, there is another bathroom with tub and toilet. Upstairs all the bedrooms have airconditioning.

Outside
The garden (completely enclosed) contains a heated private pool. From the house you have great walks nearby. There is a covered terrace where you can eat and relax together. A courtyard will allow you to park your vehicle safely.

Environment
Nature lovers will be delighted with the many trails of this beautiful town. You will also discover the culinary riches of our beautiful region with many specialties that are offered in the restaurants. Very good bakery is at 1 min walk from the house.
