This cozy waterfront lake house located in Deerfield Resort offers

accommodation for up to 16 guests, plus a toddler "bedroom" for two little

ones. Your group will enjoy two tiers of walkout decks with beautiful lake

views, a grill, a shared dock with access to one slip, two refrigerators, an

ice machine, and a fire pit. Guests have access to a side-by-side for

transport to and from the dock.



**The space**



The top floor includes two large bedrooms, a toddler sleeping area, a full

bathroom, and a balcony off one bedroom. Each room has a queen bed. The

toddler sleeping area has two crib-size mattresses in a small and cozy cubby

that they will love to sleep in.



The first level has your main living space with a kitchen, two refrigerators,

and a dining area for ten, plus a small island and additional dining table to

accommodate more in the living area. The large walk-out deck with several

sliding doors for access offers unbelievable views from inside and outside.

There is also a bedroom that is perfect for a friend or parent who cannot do

steps, and a full bathroom.



The basement level offers a living room perfect for the kids, with a mini

fridge, and a pull-out couch. You will find two large bedrooms, one that

offers a walkout to the lower deck, a bunk room with two bunk beds, and a

fold-out futon couch. You will also find a full bathroom and laundry area.



There is a shared dock with the neighboring home, with a drivable (via side-

by-side) or walkable pathway. A shared side-by-side is available to drive on-

site, to and from the dock only.



***This home is ideal for hosting large families or groups with children,

offering plenty of space and comfort. Guests will have full access to the

entire house.

This home is located in Deerfield Resort. Guests will have access to:



SECURITY: Guests will stop at the guard shack on their way into Deerfield

Resort to confirm the address you are heading to.



CONVENIENCE: Deerside Market specializes in picking up custom-built grocery

orders for you. Open from 9 am - 9 pm Monday – Saturday and from 9 to 5 on

Sunday.



SWIMMING POOLS: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 10AM-9PM Daily.

There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under the age

of 12



GOLF: The Greens at Deerfield is a Par 71, 6,700-yard championship golf course

open to the public year-round.



PLAYGROUND: Open all year - Adult supervision is required for youngsters under

the age of 12.



TENNIS & SAND VOLLEYBALL COURTS: Open daylight to dark. It is not necessary to

reserve court time. Rackets and balls are not provided.



MARINA: Deerfield Cove Marina offers dry docks, wet docks, and boat ramps.



CART RENTALS: Deerfield Resort offers golf carts to get around the

neighborhood.



**Dining & Drinking**



Enjoy a Norris favorite, **The Tiki Bar** , located at Deerfield Marina.



You can also order takeout or enjoy **The Greens Grille** , open daily from

7:30 am through 4 pm.



**The Chapman Winery** and **Deerside Market** offer food and drink options.

The winery is a fabulous pit stop on your way in or out.



**Parking**



There is enough room for six cars to park in the driveway. You are welcome to

park your trailer in the driveway AFTER your boat has been launched. Deerfield

Marina is on your way in.

Verified identity in the booking app



Must have the boat launched before pulling the trailer into the driveway.



Only UTV's (no cars/trucks/golf carts) on the pathway to the dock.



To use onsite UTV, user agreement must be signed, and car insurance and

homeowners/renter insurance policy must be provided.



Do not leave garbage bags outside, animals will ravage through them.



ALL trash must be removed from the property upon checkout.



Cover outdoor furniture and secure with bungees when it rains or at the end of

each day.
