It features a private 2 slip dock with an upper sundeck, water slide, and 5 kayaks and life jackets and itâs just a short walk to the boat ramp. Itâs absolutely perfect for swimming, fishing, and family fun! Our home makes for a great retreat for multiple families with kids, couples getaway, small church groups, business groups and holiday get togethers. Karlie's Cove is a 2 level retreat with 2 massive decks overlooking the dock, lake, and mountains. Large upper deck has a covered sitting area with a couch, lounging chairs, grill and plenty of outside tables and eating areas for all guests. The first level features a large master bedroom with a king sized bed, private full bathroom, large spacious bathtub thatâs perfect for soaking, a separate shower and walk in closet. This level also contains the family room with a large TV, laundry room, two more large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, and dinning area with a bar area and two large tables big enough to accommodate everyone! Bedroom one has 2 queen beds, walk in closet, dresser, tv/dvd, and folding portable bed. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed, twin over twin bunk beds, large closet, dresser, tv/dvd and portable folding bed.
The lower level includes two more large bedrooms separated by barn doors. When opened up , these rooms transform into one extra large room! The back room features full over full and twin over twin bunk beds. The front room has a king bed, full bed and twin over full bunk bed. The lower level also has a large family room with a TV, full bathroom, an additional kitchen and a large ice machine. This level also boasts an awesome game room with an air hockey table, carpet ball table, electronic Packman video game table, dart board, oversized Connect 4 game, card/game table and plenty of classic board games and DVDs.
The Lower deck sits off the game room and includes a 6 person Jacuzzi, party lights, Ping Pong table, two large hammocks and a sitting area. The game room and deck is an awesome place to gather and have fun. We also have a fire pit for those nights you want to gather around the fire and roast marshmallows! Karlie's Cove is located close to Powel Marina and Flat Hollow Marina, where each have Pontoon Boat rentals, a restaurant and a small bar with live music sometimes on the weekends. The lake offers plenty to do, but if youâre interested, we are located just 84 miles from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
This is a NON SMOKING home. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. We do have outdoor cameras that monitor the property for security purposes. A lot of love and hard work went into making this home one of your most memorable vacation spots! Come check us out! We hope to see you soon!
