Located 15 minutes from the center of La Londe-Les-Maures, 16 minutes from Argentière Beach, 20 minutes from L'Estagnol Beach, the beaches of Hyères, Toulon-Hyères Airport, and the embarkation point for the Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Levant). Numerous activities are available, including golf, wine tours, cultural outings, hiking, horseback riding, island visits, boat rentals, jet skiing, cycling, kayaking, paddleboarding, kite lessons, wing-foiling, windsurfing, and diving.

Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a spacious dining area with a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen. In its extension, a cozy living space, all opening onto a huge terrace with sea and pool views. The pool (12.59x2.85m) is heated and maintained at 25 degrees/safety cover/chlorine treatment. Regular weekly maintenance.
