Located in a private and secure domain, this spacious villa with a heated pool and panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the sea offers peace and simplicity to explore the Var region and enjoy all the activities this beautiful area has to offer: golf, wine routes, cultural outings, hiking, horseback riding, visiting the Golden Isles, boat rentals, jet skiing, cycling, kayaking, paddleboarding, kite courses, wing-foiling, windsurfing, and diving.

Level 2: large living room opening onto a terrace with hills and sea views, fitted kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140*200) and an en-suite bathroom, 2 toilets.
Level 3: 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90*200), 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140*200), a shower room, a toilet.
Pool heating only on request and at an additional cost: âŹ100/week.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi, garden furniture, barbecue, secure pool with fence.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit âŹ1200 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning âŹ200.
