Welcome to Paradise Lagoon!
A truly one-of-a-kind, resort-style retreat designed for unforgettable stays with family and friends. This private poolside oasis features a stunning backyard with a tiki bar, massive pool, hot tub, waterfalls, and an epic 65-foot waterslide — easily one of the best pool setups in San Diego.
The spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates multiple families and offers something for everyone. Two paved driveways lead to this beautifully hidden stone home. Inside, enjoy a bright open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a modern white quartz kitchen. The oversized island is perfect for cooking and gathering, while the wraparound balcony off the living room offers outdoor dining for 14–16 guests.
A double dedicated workspace sits just off the main living area. Upstairs includes a large bathroom with clawfoot tub and dual sinks, plus two queen bedrooms — one with a private balcony overlooking the backyard.
Downstairs features two additional bedrooms: a large bunk room with two modern bunk sets and direct pool access, and a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, sitting area with trundle bed, and spa-style bathroom with jet tub and walk-in shower.
Outside, enjoy the tiki hut with pool table, poker table, TV for sports, and space to serve food and drinks. The converted garage game room includes five arcade machines, air hockey, and a TV.
Guests have full access to the entire home and property. We’re available throughout your stay via app or phone.
Important notes:
• A waiver is required prior to check-in due to the pool and slide.
• Pool is solar-heated: approx. 75–83° summer, 63–73° spring/fall, 60–65° winter.
• Optional gas pool heating is available for $250/day (advance notice required).
• Jacuzzi heating is complimentary.

1. No Parties
2. Events need prior approval.
3. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
4. Only 6-7 cars allowed to park in the 2 driveways. Please do not block the neighbors driveway. Street parking is free throughout the neighborhood.
5. No jumping off the waterfalls or high surfaces into the pool.
6. For guest safety, please do not enter the tree house.
7. Do not use the premise for illegal activity.
8. No Smoking.
9. No Pets. If a pet a brought there will be a $250 additional fee charged to sanitize for guests with allergies and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
10. All guests must sign pool/slide waiver.
11. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
12. Turn lights off and AC/Heat when away.
13. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am.
14. No glass allowed by the pool area.
15. No food or drink allowed in the pool.
16. Pool hours are from 7am-10pm.
17. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed unless prior approval is given. Additional guests without approval may result in a fee of $20 per person OR a cancelled reservation without refund.
18. No tampering with pool equipment. There will be a $200 fee in order to have our pool maintenance guy come out to reset the pool settings + the cost of any repairs needed.
