Access to the Blue Cortés Beach Club requires a minimum consumption of $800.00 MXN per adult, per visit, in accordance with the beach club’s policies (not per stay).
As of March 1st, there will be no access to the Blue Cortés Beach Club.

Starting March 1st, our guests will be able to access the Puerto Beach Club with no minimum consumption requirement. Access is subject to availability.

-The Space

Master bedroom: this large room has a king size bed with a beautiful views to the ocean and the golf course, access to the terrace and a private bathroom with a big walk-in closet and smart tv.

Second bedroom: two full beds and a dedicated workspace with smart tv for you home office needs await you. This room has a full bathroom with two entrances, one from inside the room and another from the aisle that connects the social area.

Third bedroom: a comfortable queen murphy bed and a full private bathroom will ensure you a pleasant stay.

Social area: Quinta Palmares has an open living area with comfortable seating, a smart tv, Bose bluetooth speaker, a bar (for preparing and enjoying drinks should the weather be too hot outside), and a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools for breakfast or informal eating. It is a good place to chill after a long day at the beach, a round of golf or an activity to discover the many wonders La Paz has to offer.

Terrace: this is where you will want to spend most of your time while in the Quinta. The large outdoor terrace has a veranda to enjoy wonderful views to the golf course and the dramatic contrast of the desert and the ocean. The exterior dining table comfortably acommodates six persons for lively gatherings, alfresco dining or soaking up the famous sunsets of La Paz. There are also a couple of patio chairs to relax and enjoy morning coffee and readings. It is worth mentioning that there is a small gas BBQ grill as well.

There is high speed wi-fi all over the property, washer and dryer, central air conditioning and free covered (one space) and uncovered parking . A six passenger golf cart is also available for rent to be used only inside the resort areas to go to the beach club, marina, gym, restaurants and golf club.

-Puerta Cortes Resort

Is a gated community conveniently located on a hillside with unobstructed amazing views to the ocean. These exquisitely designed Mexican country style homes are located between holes 8 and 10 of a world-class golf course with direct access to the Puerta Cortes resort and all of its amenities via our golf cart. Guests can also enjoy Colinas´ beautiful infinite swimming pool (with stunning views of the ocean) and the barbecue garden area.

-El Cortes Golf Club
If golf is your pleasure, you have come to the right place!, El Cortes Golf Club is the only Gary Player Signature course in Mexico and the best one in the La Paz area. It caters to both experienced and novice players, along with providing a breathtaking backdrop along the way. All but one of the 18 holes provide views of the Sea of Cortes. Along perfectly manicured fairways and greens, you can see desert and mountain landscapes on one side and the turquoise sea on the other, presenting an idyllic golfing experience.

-Blue Cortes Beach Club
After an adventurous day in La Paz, take a swim in the large pool at wonderful Blue Cortes Beach Club and enjoy the mesmerizing and stunning views of the famous sunsets of La Paz bay with a margarita or preferred drink in hand. There is no other place like Blue Cortes in the area.

In season (january to april) take a 2 hour drive north and enjoy watching the gray whale mate and give birth, if you get lucky enough, you can actually touch them. Kayak, windsurf and play golf in world class courses.

Go off-roading mountain biking and sandboarding in the beach desert dunes. Hike to incredible places, or just walk in the Malecon and the downtown historic area to see the cathedral, main square, art museum and old houses, among other interesting buildings. -Getting around
La Paz is only a two hour drive north of popular and famous destination of Cabo San Lucas but with its laid-back vibe identity, it might as well be a world away. You can fly to La Paz via Los Cabos´ airport extensive destinations in the US and Canada or direct from southern California using the Cross-Border Express in Tijuana´s airport that serves the San Diego area. La Paz is also connected via non-stop flights to the main cities in Mexico.
 
Quinta Palmares is a bit distant from the city (4 miles) and is inside a gated beach community, for this reason, it is not easy to find public transportation or flag a taxi, you have to call them, same with uber. This is why we highly recommend renting a car to enjoy everything the La Paz area has to offer, including the city itself, nearby beaches like Balandra and amazing towns like Todos Santos, El Triunfo and La Ventana. If your plans are to relax in the beach, work on your tan and stay all the time within the resort to enjoy its amenities, then you can perfectly manage your transportation needs with our six passenger golf cart available for rent. Even if you have a car, it can be more convenient, comfortable and fun to move in the golf cart within Puerta Cortes.
