The Space:

Villa Nautilus offers a serene and upscale beachfront experience within the exclusive Puerta Cortés Resort. This elegant villa features a recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen and generous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and spending quality time with family or friends. The home includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, providing comfort, privacy, and a well-balanced layout for all guests.



Guests enjoy high-speed internet, personalized concierge services, and the use of a golf cart to move easily throughout the resort. Outdoor amenities include a kayak and paddleboard for exploring the bay, as well as a private patio ideal for relaxing while taking in ocean views. The villa is located just steps from Puerto Beach Club, offering convenient access to the beach and panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez.

For access to resort facilities, guests must register their name with staff and indicate they are staying at Beach Villa 5.



Small dogs under 10 kg (22 lbs) are allowed with prior authorization. A pet fee of per night applies.

Access to Blue Cortés Beach Club is outside of our control. Currently, entry requires a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person, charged directly to the guest’s credit card. This minimum also applies to children over 12 years old.

Starting March 2026 (Semana Santa / Easter), Blue Cortés Beach Club will become exclusive to members only, and access for guests will no longer be permitted.

Arriving to Puerta Cortés

Manuel Márquez de León International Airport (LAP) is approximately 7 miles (11 km) from the resort, about a 15–20 minute drive. Taxis and private transfers are readily available at the airport, and our team can assist in arranging transportation in advance for a smooth arrival.



Getting Around the Resort

Villa Nautilus is ideally located just steps from the Beach Club, Hotel Índigo amenities, and the Marina Village. Most areas within Puerta Cortés are walkable, and guests can easily move around using pedestrian paths that connect the beach, marina, restaurants, hotel facilities, and golf course. Golf carts are commonly used within the resort and can be arranged separately upon request.



Marina Village

The Marina Village serves as the social and activity hub of the resort, offering restaurants, cafés, shops, and access to boat tours, snorkeling, fishing trips, and Espíritu Santo Island excursions—all within walking distance from the villa.



Exploring La Paz & Nearby Beaches

Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are approximately a 10–15 minute drive. Taxis and ride-hailing services are available and reasonably priced.

Balandra Beach: approximately 25 minutes



Tecolote Beach: approximately 25 minutes



Playa El Tesoro: approximately 20 minutes

Resort Environment & Activity

Puerta Cortés is an active resort community. From time to time, guests may notice daytime noise, resort activity, marina movement, or nearby construction or maintenance work, both within and around the resort. Construction schedules and working hours are managed by third parties and are not established or controlled by our administration. These conditions are part of the natural development of the area.



Beach Club Access Notice

Starting Semana Santa / Easter 2026 (late March 2026), Blue Cortés Beach Club will become exclusive to members only. This policy is set by the resort administration and is outside of our control.



Current Access Policy (Effective November 1st, 2025)

Until exclusivity takes effect, access to Blue Cortés Beach Club requires a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person, charged directly to the guest’s credit card. This minimum also applies to children over 12 years old.

Operating hours are typically from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., though special events may occasionally extend these hours.
