The Turquoise Room is a bright and cozy space located on the second floor of Adventure Inn, with a private entrance and en-suite bathroom.

Ideal for 1 or 2 guests, it includes access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a dining area with a coffee station, a brand-new swimming pool, a laundry area, and private parking (subject to availability).

Just 4 blocks from the Malecon, its central location is perfect to explore La Paz. Pet-friendly.

Start your day by making breakfast in our fully-equipped shared kitchen, with basic ingredients included. Enjoy your meal in the bright, sun-filled dining room, or take a moment to relax on our spacious shared patio. The cozy seating areas provide the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air, sip your morning coffee, and listen to the calming sounds of birds chirping.

For your convenience, we also offer exclusive amenities for guests, including two private parking spots (subject to availability) and a laundry area with a washing machine and clotheslines.

We would love to make your trip unique, so we have a concierge service! We have a nice catalog with tour providers, outdoor activities, and recommendations that we can get a quote on and book for you, as well as a rental car exclusively for our guests.

Turquoise Room Rules

-Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas, such as the gardens (smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas).

-If you are bringing your pet, it must be registered at the time of booking.

-Parties or gatherings are not permitted.

-If you plan to have guests, it must be between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm, and you must notify the host.

-If you wish to reserve parking, you must request a space in advance; it is subject to availability.

-If you use the kitchen area, you must leave it clean and tidy at the end.

-Towels should not be taken off the property. We have beach towels (blue and white stripes) that can be used outside the property. If you need more towels, please request them.

-Please avoid slamming doors.

-Please avoid shouting.

-We have kitchen utensils in the main kitchen; if you wish to use them, please return them immediately after use.

-In the case you lose the room key, an additional charge of MXN 100 will be applied.

Pet Policy

At Adventure Inn, we love welcoming pets and their owners who care for them with love and responsibility. To ensure everyone has a comfortable stay, we ask that you follow these simple rules:

🐾Let us know in advance if you`re bringing your pet; we`ll be happy to welcome them.

🐾 Cleaning Fee:
• Casa Colorida: $1,000 MXN per stay.
• Rooms: $500 MXN per stay.
This fee covers a deep cleaning to ensure a spotless space for everyone.

🐾 Waste Management: Always pick up after your pet and place it in bags. Use the designated receptacle at the front and avoid disposing of waste in the kitchen or bathroom.

🐾 Garden Maintenance: To keep the garden area in good condition, please prevent your pet from urinating in the garden.

🐾We ask that your pets not bite or scratch the furniture or doors in the rooms.

🐾It is prohibited to use the shower area for your pet to pee or defecate.

🐾Please be careful not to leave the air conditioning control where your pet can bite it, as this will incur an additional charge. If you have a cat, please avoid letting it scratch or climb on the curtains and furniture.

🐾 Restricted Areas: For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the dining room or kitchen.

🐾 Supervision and Responsibility: Your pet is welcome as long as it is under control and does not disturb other guests.
