Welcome to LQ160! This 2 bedroom downstairs villa is the perfect vacation spot for a small family or two couples. The owner of this beautiful and newly renovated home has spared no expense in upgrades to make it one of the best villas in the community. It features high-end dĂ©cor, an inviting living room with a brand-new sleeper sofa, and ceiling fans throughout. The spacious living area hosts a flat screen television along with a beautiful fireplace for romantic nights or entertaining guests. Prepare any homemade meal in the fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring granite countertops, updated cabinets, full sized appliances, and plenty of cookware. You may also enjoy grilling on your private patio while watching the beautiful La Quinta sunset. When it’s time to retire, this villa offers supreme sleeping accommodations. The Master bedroom hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and a private exit to the courtyard. The master also boasts an en-suite restroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second Master suite offers a king bed, flat screen television, fireplace, and a private exit to the patio as well as a private restroom with a shower and soaking tub.

Not Good

We were rejected at the guard house at check in as they said we did not have a reservation. Royale eventually fixed it but it was a hassle and embarrassing. Our shower was broken and completely unfixable during our stay. The plumber had to order a broken part which did not arrive during our time. Royale made no attempt to compensate us or even apologize for the inconvenience.We cannot recommend this unit and especially the management company Royale Real Estate.

The quietest stay we’ve ever experienced. Pretty neighborhood, very safe, with pretty lawn and landscaping. New and clean interior. Instant hot water in bathroom a plus. One of the master beds was really lumpy and creaky though, woke us up through the night. The other was much better, but we were lucky we were only two occupying a 2bed 2 bath. The amenities stated tennis, which we brought racquets for, but this property did not have courts. Maybe it was referring to a different property or off-site location. One thing that was a bit off-putting were the unfriendly instructions on how to throw out the garbage outside and start the dishwasher upon checkout to avoid a fine. Not that we were going to BbQ, but there were so many conflicting instructions, both in the email and on the bbq itself that I wouldn’t even try. I guess the stern voice became necessary at some point, but it makes me want to stay at a hotel, esp with the high taxes and fees that come along w a VRBO stay. Still, a super relaxing and, like I said, QUIET stay. Good for family or 2 couples. You wouldn’t get this much house and patio w a hotel.

GREAT accommodation!

The interior of our unit had been completely redone and was bright and airy. The groundskeeping staff works constantly and the entire area was spotless. The front gate checked every car that came in to make sure that only registered guests were on the property. The entire operation was professionally managed.

Decent place in quiet La Quinta

Stayed here with my wife and 1 yr old son. The complex was nice, the many pools were great as well. Location was a little far from central Palm springs. The only issue that we had with the condo was the floors were quite dirty. Maybe it’s the norm for everyone to wear shoes inside their house? All in all, decent place

I’m very pleased with Wendy. She called me after the check-in time to see if I got there just fine. I arrived at the property really late and when I called her, she answered right away and walked me through on locating the lockbox. The property has 10 different pools and it was a nice touch that they provided beach towels if you’d like to swim. It was surrounded with rocky peaks. The condo is very nice and looks clean. But we have seen several roaches. I don’t know if it’s because we’re in the desert and it was hot or someone just forgot to thoroughly clean the place. Being an OCD, it didn’t sit well with me. Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner were travel sized so make sure to bring your own. No hair dryer in property, but there was indeed an iron. Just FYI for those who are curious about the amenities. Overall, I’m pleased with the area. The purpose of our visit was to attend a wedding. Family stayed at different condo within the La Quinta Villas property, so it was a wonderful time of bonding as well.

Great Desert Getaway

Wonderful place- clean and well stocked. Great location within the complex- near various pools and a short walk to clubhouse, gym and main pool. Two patio spaces to relax and enjoy the Mountain View’s. Definitely will be back.

Perfect place for a weekend

My friend and I stayed here for a getaway weekend. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms are highly amenitized. The condo is set up with 2 master suites. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice sized. The outdoor patio accessible by both the living room and a bedroom was a nice spot for coffee in the morning. I would recommend this condo for 1 or 2 couples.

Great La Qunita Getaway

From initial booking to checking out - the communication from everyone at Royale Vacations went above and beyond. Check-in was simple and efficient and the unit was noticeably updated recently. The gated community was perfect for my family of 4 (kids ages 3 and 5) with the pools, splash pad, hiking trails, etc. Everyhthing always seemed cleaned and well maintained. We would definitely stay at this property and unit again.

Checkin was confusing- we did not know we needed to use lock box. Tried entering code on door. Was told we had to wait to get in. Email was not clear. TV's in bedrooms did not work even after technician was out to fix. No instructions for these. Dirty pair of underwear was found in one room behind the TV. Recommend Kerig for coffee and putting makeup mirrors in all bathrooms.

Very modern, fresh, clean unit. Nice daytime sunlight, safe-feeling at night. Exactly what you want. Only issue we had was the televisions didn't work upon arrival, but the management company got someone there ASAP and all was well! Will return for sure.

Well appointed updated condo

We love Legacy Villas for its location and charming architecture. This condo is nicely updated with tile floors, and a renovated kitchen and bathrooms—making it feel more like a hotel. It has good proximity to two pools and privacy. A great place to stay!
