Trip über Silvester

Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Wir waren jeweils mit Gianni in Kontakt. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich. Einzig ein Küchenmesser fehlt in der Küche. :)

Very nice large apartment within easy walking distance to the train.

The apartment is very nice. Modern. Typical road noise as there is no A/C. Secure Parking is half a block away. Found a good restaurant on the way to the train station. Train system works really well and is easy. the last of the Cinque terrace towns is the nicest.

Convenient location the air was not on due to time of year. So we left windows open very noisy until 12:00am. Wish owners would have suggested taking train to apartment.

The place is centrally located to train station. It was clean. Wish there were extra towels. We were dismayed to find that there were no lights in any of the hallways that worked. It was scary coming back at night. We never could locate trash disposal

The property was as described. Initial amounts of products such as toilet tissue were supplied. Person sent by owner for checkin was not well trained and seemed confused and hurried.

Excellent location

Apartment is exactly as pictured, very clean and well cared for. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Space in kitchen and seating area is on the small side for four adults, but we didn’t spend much time there. It’s only a 5 min walk to the train station to easily get from village to village throughout Cinque Terre. Short walk to cafes and great restaurants. Gianni was very responsive to messages. I think it would be nice to provide more than a single roll of toilet paper and paper towels. No other complaints!

Great family apartment

We have a family of 4 (adults) and the apartment is exactly as described. It’s updated, clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very nice and the bathrooms are spacious. The location of the building is also perfectly located. We walked everywhere without issues. As everyone else states, the train station is 5 minutes away. We took a boat cruise to the Cinque Terre and the walk to the port is not far (20-25 minutes).

Traveled as a family of 5 and stayed here to visit Cinque Terre. Worked well. 5 minute walk to train station and a 20 minute train ride to Rommagiore. Just feels like an apartment. Clean and spacious just a little short on charm and character.

Location, location, location

This property is exactly as described . The location for visiting all of the Cinque Terre and beyond is excellent. A very easy walk to the train station for daily visits to the towns. Easy access to buses for Lerici and Porto Venere. Also it is right in the historic centre and not far from the port. The apartment is very modern with everything you need so if you are looking for Italian charm you will just need to spend your time outdoors. We were there for 9 days and it would have been nice to have had an extra set of towels and sheets .

Great start to explore Cinque Terre!

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment very close to the La Spezia train station. It was very easy to get to and go explore Cinque Terre towns from this location. It’s very near good restaurants and supermarkets. We would stay again.

Great location, very nice apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is perfect as it's only a 5 minute walk to the train that takes you into Cinque Terre, and it's a short walk to many fantastic restaurants. We were met by Gianni's father Pino for the check in, and everything went very smoothly. Gianni was available to us by text throughout our stay, and answered all of our questions very quickly. Our tip if you book this is to get the link to book the parking garage from Gianni in advance of your stay if you are driving. We got it from him the day before arrival, and by then the first two days were already full at the garage. Street parking is very difficult in this area, so we ended up having to park at the train station for €25 per day.

Great location, value, and apartment

We had a wonderful stay here. Five adults was not at all crowded, and you could have 6-8 especially if 1-2 were kids. The apartment is close to the the train station, But you don't hear the trains at night. Short walk into town as well. Highly recommend this property.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5mn a pied de la gare ou 15 mn du port pour visiter les cinq Terres, mais aussi Portovenere et Lerici. Il est confortable et très bien équipé Notre hôte est chaleureux, aimable ,tres disponible .et parle très bien français
