1. Historic Church Property: Trailside proudly sits next to a historic church property, spanning 3 acres with 100 feet of stunning waterfront. Each cabin provides an exclusive view of this property, adding a touch of nostalgia to your experience.
2. Municipal Beach Access: Spend leisurely afternoons by the water at the nearby municipal beach, just a short stroll away. Enjoy the sand, sun, and the soothing sound of gentle waves.
3. The Enchanting Grotto: On your way to the beach, discover the hidden Grotto. A discreet back door gives you access, with the key tucked in a cinder block nearby. Inside, you'll find a fridge and a large foam mattress for the kids to enjoy. For those feeling adventurous, there's an electric motor and battery-powered pontoon docked at the beach, ready to explore.
4. Your Green Haven: The green areas on the provided map are yours to explore. Park wherever you like around the church, and take in the wide-open field behind it. The surrounding woods provide the perfect space for kids to roam and create lifelong memories.
5. Outdoor Adventures, Hiking, and Biking Trails: Just 200 meters from your door, you'll find a 10-kilometer network of hiking and mountain biking trails. These well-marked paths promise an adventure through the stunning natural beauty of the area.
Getting Around:
The twisty road beside the lake makes a scenic walk at sunset. For the more adventurous, there is the 10 km of trails 500m from the residence.

We bought this property for outdoor lovers because it was beside 10km of mountain bike and hiking trails in the middle of the Laurentians. There is also access to the lake with a dock to chill on. It's also 20 min from Tremblant, 30 min from Montebello and 20 Min from Ripon.
Whether you're here for winter sports or summer trails, this location has everything you need for a memorable stay!
