Casa Joia is a lovely villa with private pool and situated in the peaceful area of Caramujeira, between Porches and Carvoeiro, near the sea. This private villa offers all comforts for your holiday (such as full air-conditioning and wi-fi) and even with two families the villa is spacious and gives plenty of possibilities for privacy due to the division of rooms, roof terraces, balconies and the very large garden.

The villa has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor: first with king size bed and a second with a normal sized double bed plus a single bed so a child can sleep with parents, for example. The third is a double bedroom en-suite with entrance to the garden. In the first floor there is a two double bedroom. The lounge and the living areas spacious and opens up to the covered terrace that leads to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the pantry with a washing machine. There is also a fantastic bbq area and a roof terrace with amazing sea views.

The swimming pool has a shallow end and Roman steps, and can be heated for an extra cost of 200€/week to be paid cash by arrival.
The villa is fully fenced in with electric gates to the road, has beautiful landscaped gardens and some lawn area for children to play. A big Boccia area/Pentaque and Volleyball net is also available in the garden together with a hammock between the palm trees. Restaurants, bars, shops and family attractions such Slide and Splash water park and Zoomarine are easily reachable by car. Half a dozen golf courses are within 10-15mins drive. Car hire is recommended.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. Wi-fi.
