As you step inside, you’re met by an airy hallway with traditional Portuguese tiling on display on the wall – these vibrant patterns and warming colours prepare you for the enchanting villa that awaits you within! Stepping through the hallway you arrive in the open plan lounge and dining area, with a large L-shaped sofa in front of the TV and a set of fabulous wall-to-wall patio doors just beyond it. This flat-screen TV, lovely fireplace and air conditioning here will keep you comfortable throughout your stay! Completing these fantastic social spaces is a fully-equipped kitchen with all the usual facilities including a blender, coffee machine and dishwasher!

On this ground floor there are also three exceptional bedrooms, each as warm, welcoming and stylish as the living space, including two twin rooms and the fabulous first double room, as well as two large bathrooms. The double and one twin room even have access to this incredible pool terrace, so you can head straight out into the sunshine and fresh air when you wake up each day! The final bedroom is the master suite located on the first floor, with a huge double bed, a TV, ensuite bathroom and a set of patio doors leading on to your private terrace, overlooking the pool! All three bathrooms are designed with the same elegant style, including large walk-in showers and cream and white surfaces.

And finally, head out through your gorgeous living space onto this stunning terrace and enjoy the warmth and sunshine of the Algarve’s famous climate! Perfectly shaded on the veranda is a stunning alfresco dining table with space for up to eight to sit and enjoy a cool sea-breeze as they dine in style. Next comes a row of loungers that look out across the shimmering surface of this superb 10 by 4.5 meter private pool! And beside this is an elegant seating area under the pergola, as well as a huge barbecue, perfect for getting the afternoon going with a real alfresco feast! Towards the back of the garden there’s even an amazing children's play area with a basketball net, a slide and swings where the youngsters can enjoy themselves in a safe environment.

Tucked in the peaceful area of Sesmarias, not far from the centre of the vibrant town of Carvoeiro and within walking distance of some excellent local restaurants and bars, Casa Soare is perfectly placed for a memorable holiday on the Algarve! There’s even a tennis club on nearby, so be sure to bring your trainers if you fancy a game or two here!



Also within a very short drive (or a reasonable walk) is ‘Dos Santos’, an enchanting brewery and vineyard where you can try a little of the famous Portuguese produce, complete with a bar and restaurant! Nearby you’ll also find ‘Bon Bon’, one of the Algarve's Michelin star restaurants, the famous caves of Benagil, the 5-star resort of Vila Vita, and a couple of excellent golf courses. The stunning coastline of Ferragudo and its beautiful beachfront restaurant ‘Rei da Praia’, is also a short drive away. For the active members of the group, the Algarviana hiking trail is an excellent day out, and of course, golfers will be in paradise in the Algarve – indeed, across Portugal there are 14 of the world’s top 100 best golf courses!



The Algarve, the southernmost region of Portugal, is famous for its picturesque scenes of vast blue skies casting a warming glow over the expansive Atlantic Ocean, with untouched bays framed by jagged limestone rocks at every turn. While the southern coast caters to every need of its visitors, to the West and the rugged interior remain largely untouched, with less development and endless intersecting of historic villages, hilltop castles and beautiful churches.

Portugal itself is a small, fascinating country at the most Western point of mainland Europe. With a vast coastline with the powerful Atlantic Ocean, it is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try it for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast. And even for those less keen on surfing, the beaches of Portugal are well worth a visit for their beautifully clear waters and pristine sands, and almost all have a bar at which you can enjoy a tipple.

With Faro airport just 66km away, you can be settling into your villa within an hour of landing and getting into the holiday mood!

A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Above €1,500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage. Please enquire if you wish to know more information.

The property manager has advised that the cost of tourist tax for this villa will be 112 EUR and will be collected by the property manager prior to arrival.
