The Space:
Villa Gemma is a fabulous property that has been carefully designed to cater for all needs. It is well positioned being close to both Carvoeiro and Benagil, as well as an array of restaurants, beaches supermarkets, tennis and golf, not to mention the stunning cliff tops, perfect for a leisurely stroll in the morning, or to build up an appetite for dinner, either at the villa or in one of the many wonderful nearby restaurants, some of which are within walking distance.


Nestled in a mature landscaped garden, this delightful villa has 5 bedrooms all en-suite and air-conditioned. Featuring a brand new modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you would expect, continuing into a large open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors opening out onto the terrace and pool area. It contains a large plasma television, cable tv with english channels, a playstation 3, and cd/ dvd player, books and, of course, wi-fi. Comfortable sofas and a log burning stove for the Winter months.


Also on the ground floor, one can find a large double bedroom (king sized bed), plenty of wardrobe space and a ensuite bathroom, complete with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
Under the staircase is located a guest w/c. There is a further children’s playroom with a football table, toy chest, bean bags and sofa, just ideal to keep the kids entertained out of the sun at the hottest part of the day!


On the first floor we have a further four bedrooms.


To the right, a twin bedroom, with an ensuite shower room, with shower, washbasin and toilet.


To the left, another twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom complete with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. on the pool side of the first floor, there is another twin bedroom, with ensuite shower room, and a master bedroom with king sized bed, television, extensive wardrobe space and a large shower room with twin washbasins. These two bedrooms share the large terrace, enjoying delightful sea views and overlooking the pool and barbecue area. It can also be accessed via a external staircase from below.


The outside of the property centres around a large 12 x 6m kidney shaped swimming pool (heating optional at 300 GBP per week). The pool facing covered terrace, off the kitchen dining and lounge areas houses a large dining table and chairs, and sun loungers adorn the surrounding patio. Set back a little higher in the garden, there is a lit barbecue terrace area with a circular table and chairs, giving two wonderful alfresco dining options at this lovely property. 


There is also a basketball net and a lawn with football net and a table tennis table as well as plenty of parking.


Villa Gemma is accessed by electric gates and is fully fenced in and has electric roller shutters and alarm.
