Villa Glória

Villa Glória, located in Carvoeiro, one of the most popular destinations in the Algarve, is a house with traditional lines suitable for large families. Located in a very quiet and sunny area, the pool has sun all day long and also a great barbecue area for outdoor dining.



The spacious Villa Glória has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and another 2 with single beds, two beds in each room. The living room is very spacious, with a dining table for everyone, as well as a sofa. There is also an exit to the pool area. We have sunbeds and also umbrella. The barbeque area is next to the pool. The terrace has a fantastic view of the Algarvian mountains, Monchique. There is also a very pleasant garden. The entire villa is fenced and there is maximum privacy.



As with all our properties, Guests have access to all areas provided by the villa.



The neighborhood is small and unnoticed, there are no major inconveniences. Near the site you can find good restaurants and also local supermarkets. Carvoeira has a downtown area, next to the very busy beach and full of good restaurants and bars that are impossible not to visit. The beaches in this location are very sought after and beautiful, known for their wonderful natural excavations that create tunnels and beautiful landscapes along the entire coast!



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)

•We do not provide kitchen condiments, cleaning or personal hygiene products.
