➤ This apartment is not suitable for young children due to safety hazards.
➤ We normally welcome families of up to 6 persons and no more than 4 adults. Please understand that this is a historical family home and parties or other disturbances are very strictly not allowed. Any disturbance might lead to immediate consequences for the reservation.
➤ Please note that walking the stairs cannot be avoided in this property. The apartment has double glazed windows which do an amazing job in keeping the noise at bay. Still, the apartment is located in the town center and it might not be an ideal location for noise-sensitive guests.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is located along one of the main streets of Lagos. It goes without saying that you are surrounded by liveliness from the various shops, café's restaurants and bars. The stunning central beach 'Praia da Batata' is just 5 minutes walking from the apartment and from here you can explore the Lagos coastline by boat or kayak. On low tide, you can also meander through the rock openings to the next beaches, surrounding yourself with beautiful sights of the rock formations and the typical turquoise waters that our area is known for. There are various small supermarkets located in the town center and large supermarkets just outside.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
## Transit
You have both a local and national bus service as well as a train service near the centre of Lagos, so getting out and about is quite easy. Due to the location of the property, there is no allocated parking, however there are paid parking facilities very nearby should you wish to hire a car or you could park it just outside of the center for free and walk the 10 minutes to the apartment.

➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9pm. Later arrivals must be confirmed before booking and might result in a fee of 30-50 euros to be paid upon arrival. Check-in after midnight is not possible.
➤ Check-out time: before 10am

To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
