This villa has a virtual check in. But we will be available by phone or text. Our local housekeeper is also available.

Set in a private cul-du-sac, this is an extremely private street where all the neighbours know eachother and look out for one another if something goes wrong. It is a very safe neighbourhood with walking distance to shops and local supermarket.

Parking is limited in town, so best to walk or leave the car in the public carpark and walk down to the beach.

For guests with no reviews we will require further authentication. Full name, professional, company name, link to LinkedIn or company website. Let us know what brings you to the area, who you will be with and ages. Also we require guests to sign off on all house rules before booking, as there are no parties allowed.

Please Note: This property is discounted due to a few items we are currently fixing.
1) There is a crack in the glass sliding door in the master bedroom. This glass is on back order due to its size. We are aware of this.
2) There is a stain on the wall with some pain peeling, This happened in the winter and due to rains. The walls are dry We are currently in an insurance law suit so cannot rectify or repair this until it is settled. Hence the reason we discounted our property. It does not affect the stay of guests at the property.

Also note that Portuguese government requires hosts to collect Passport information for every guest (including children) and submit it to a portal. We use a web service to collect the information and access to the property will not be provided until the information is filled out online. Thank you for understanding.
