***LOCATION***
This building is about as oceanfront as it gets! Any Maui's future buildings are no longer allowed to build this close to the water, which means you hear the ocean when opening your window. Every day people gather around the seawall to enjoy the sunset, while you can take it all in from a private lanai

The condo is located off Lower Honoapiilani Rd in Lahaina, Maui (Napili-Honokowai on the map - Kahana to the locals), about 15 mins north of the Lahaina downtown. 1-minute walk north you will find yourself on a small secret beach, 5-minute walk south there is a local's favorite beach park with plenty of room for chairs and towels as well as excellent surfing. Within a 10-minute drive, you will have access to several WORLD-CLASS beaches such as Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua

Short walking distance to two plazas with restaurants, bars, cafes, and water gear shops

***INSIDE THE CONDO***
Smoke-free environment, super comfy King bed, and the room come equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing island vacation including:

* Various shampoo, lotion, and body wash options in the bathroom, with hairdryer, hair straightener
* Bath and beach towels
* Water gear: beach totes, snorkeling masks & fins, swimming goggles, beach chairs, umbrella, icebox

***BUILDING AMENITIES***
Two swimming pools, one tennis/basketball court, one laundry room across the street
Free designated parking right downstairs
Multiple BBQ grills, with one located beneath lanai with unobstructed oceanview

***Other***
Maui is a tropical island and does tend to have bugs and ants during certain times of the year. Although the exterior of the building is routinely treated to help combat this issue and the condo is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, it greatly helps if you leave the screens shut and don't leave any food out to avoid unwanted creatures

This is not resort living, there are some conveniences the large resorts provide that I just can't offer, but my goal is to ensure a smooth & unforgettable experience for you in Aloha State!
