Oak Heaven is a delightful retreat! Nestled in the Pocono Mountains and within Wallenpaupack Lake Estates offers stunning views of the surrounding area and a serene atmosphere on the cut-de-sac . Oak Heaven has undergone a wonderful transformation with its complete renovation and new appliances. A vacation within a vacation indeed! Having a dining table that seats 12 people comfortably is fantastic for gatherings and meals together. And the kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities—guests will surely appreciate the convenience and feel right at home.

This home is incredibly inviting! The large, open floor plan creates a welcoming and spacious atmosphere for everyone to gather and relax together. It's convenient that the master bedroom includes a queen bed, a half bath, and access to the deck—perfect for enjoying some quiet moments or stepping out to enjoy the natural surroundings.

Having a full bath on the same floor along with two additional bedrooms, each with full beds, ensures comfort and convenience for all guests. And with a fully equipped kitchen boasting brand new appliances, preparing meals for a big family gathering is a breeze.
The setup is ideal for a relaxing getaway in the Pocono Mountains—plenty of space, modern amenities, and a cozy atmosphere.

The spiral staircase leads up to a bedroom with 2 full beds and a small loft area. The basement is a perfect hangout with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds and full trundles under each. There is a seating area for you to enjoy the Wii games or watch a movie, a full bath, the laundry area and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.

The outdoor space has a beautiful deck with seating, and outdoor eating area, gas grill and firepit area that is lit up at night, perfect for hanging out and making s'mores.

This house is steps from the the outdoor pool with the water slide, the game room and beach. Perfect location.

We have 4 exterior security cameras pointing towards the backyard driveway & front door. They are recording video 24 hours per day but we only check them if there are issues.

The community amenities include: lake with 2 beaches, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, walking trail, laundromat, game room, soccer field, skate park, dog park, art & craft center, indoor gym, and 2 snack bars that offer take out. (Some amenities are open seasonally and during specific hours.)

A quick 20 minute drive gets you to the sweet towns of Honesdale & Hawley that have great dining, shops, antiquing, and activities for the whole family. Upstate NY is a 45 min drive from our house!

**Please note that we do have neighbors on either side of our house.**

KIDS
We have a set of kids plates, cups, bowls, and utensils available. We provide 1 pack-n-play and one baby gate for the deck free of charge. There is 1 set of stairs inside the house, bring your own baby gate.

DOGS
We are happy to allow you to bring your dog along if you are able to follow a few rules. If these rules are too much to ask, please leave your dog home. We will keep you security deposit if these rules are not followed and/or if your pet damages anything in the home.

- 2 dogs maximum
- $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee
- Only house-trained, non-aggressive dogs allowed. Please NO puppies.
- Bring a crate if you’re planning to leave them at the house unattended.
- Bring a dog bed and/or extra blankets from home for them to sleep on. Please do not allow dogs to sleep on the beds, blankets, or couches at our home. As much as we love to cuddle with our fur babies, our furnishings are not easily replaceable.
- Pick up all dog poop and dispose it before the end of your stay.
- Dogs must be leashed in our community at all times per our community rules.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except some locked storage closets. Items provided in the home (including games, appliances etc.) are subject to change without notice.

****Please Note: Maximum occupancy is set by township regulations and includes every soul in the home including infants and children. Any bookings that are over max occupancy will be canceled at the guests expense. This home is located in a private community. The community is safe & very family friendly and has rules that all guests are expected to follow. This is not the home to book if you plan to have many people coming and going during your stay. No parties or events. Minimum booking age is 25.
You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking.This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
