The layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is spacious and comfortable, especially with the open concept kitchen, vaulted ceilings, dining, and living areas - perfect for family gatherings or hosting friends.

This house has all the ingredients for a cozy and enjoyable vacation! A fully equipped kitchen is always a plus for those who enjoy cooking or preparing meals together. The community:

Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts/pickleball, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar and many snack bars at the pools and beaches.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
