Lake Arrowhead Village outdoor concerts have some excellent bands in a really cool outdoor setting from Memorial Day until Labor Day in the middle of Lake Arrowhead Village. Get your tickets online they sell out fast!

Go swimming, the water is warm! From late spring to the early fall months, it is usually around 70 degrees. Take a short .4 mile walk to Lake Trail 40B, which leads to beautiful little beaches located at trailheads between 48 & 49 that are 1.2 miles from the house, as shown in the listing photos. Bring the backpack beach chairs! You can drive to Trailhead 48 and drop off your cooler and supplies. Trailhead 38 is a good parking area that is less steep overall.

You are allowed to walk, swim, and fish anywhere around the lake trail except on the private docks or the areas of Tavern Bay and Burnt Mill Beach, which the Lake Association states you may not. Take the owner-supplied access card with you.

A wealth of other activities are available on the lake, including Spa of The Pines kayak and pontoon boat tours, cruises on the Lake Arrowhead Queen, and high-speed excursions or lessons for water skiing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding with McKenzie's Water Ski School (guest emails and trip portal offers owner suggestions).

Hiking includes Will Abell Memorial Trail at Arrowhead Ridge (2.4 miles), Rock Camp Hike (3.5 miles), Pinnacles Trail 3W16 (4.2 miles), Heaps Peak Arboretum Day Use Area (7.1 miles), Aztec Falls (7.6 miles), Splinters Cabin Day Use Area (7.6 miles), Lake Gregory Regional Park (8.2 miles), Deep Creek Falls Hiking Area (9.5 miles), Heart Rock (10.5 miles), and Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area (18.3 miles). Mountain bikers will also enjoy great intermediate and advanced trails.

During winter, visit the nearby Snow Valley and Big Bear Ski resorts, Snow Tubing Park, and Sky Park at Santa's Village, which offers mountain biking, ziplines, ice skating, and the Alpine Slide with bobsled tracks.

The natural setting is something special here, especially on the main deck off the great room. The gas grill and a new 80,000-btu firepit make this deck perfect for family gatherings. There is a new outdoor sofa, two reclining chairs, and two lounge chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. All rooms have smart TVs, including a 70-inch TV in the adult game room and the great room, and a 65-inch TV in the primary bedroom.

Studio/living room/game room/movie room with 85” TV, seating for 10, kitchenette and full-size refrigerator, outdoor lounge, and access to the hottub. King bedroom with coffee station, refrigerator, and microwave. Both areas and the hot tub enjoy a SPECTACULAR LAKEVIEW! Plus another bedroom with a bunk bed and a queen bed.

The heart of the house is the great room, combining the kitchen, dining room, and living room with floor-to-ceiling views of Lake Arrowhead. Enjoy top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and bonus tools, including an air fryer, a rice cooker, a crockpot, a cappuccino maker, a waffle maker, a panini press, a blender, lovely serving dishes and utensils, China plates, Corningware, and three large refrigerators and multiple coffee makers throughout the house. There's ample space for family meals at the table and breakfast bar, and a new Heat & Glo gas fireplace to warm you as you stream movies on the sofas. Custom, locally made furniture creates a pristine environment throughout the home.

For entertainment, retreat to the garage game room to shoot darts, stream movies, and play pool and Ping-Pong using the convertible shuffleboard table. There's also a special play nook upstairs with a water view for kids to enjoy. An independent lower-level studio acts as another hub of entertainment with air hockey, foosball tables, an arcade console, a smart TV, a kitchenette (with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave with an air fryer and broiler), a sofa bed with a four-inch foam topper, and private lake view deck with a table and chairs.

Of the five bedrooms, two have amazing lake views, and all bedrooms have gel and memory mattresses, luxury bamboo sheets, Beautyrest pillows, smart TVs, and nightstand USB charging ports. The main floor primary suite has an en suite bathroom and an electric fireplace with accent lights. There are two guest rooms upstairs and two guest rooms - plus the studio - downstairs. Extra perks include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, two provided sleds, a guest alarm system, and a backup generator that serves the whole house. Family-friendly features include a crib and a high chair.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Five cameras are around the house: 3 in the front and one in the back. One on the side. The one in back faces the walkway and is not in a common or gathering area, but it should be noted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
