Whether you`re sipping coffee on the deck, reading by the crackling stone fireplace, or gazing out from beneath soaring 25-foot ceilings, every moment here invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with God, with loved ones, and with yourself.

This is more than a getaway. It`s a space set apart—where The Crown creates room for peace, presence, and purpose.

Welcome to The Crown, an A-Chalet property! We’re thrilled to host you and want to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review these house rules.

📍 Check-In & Arrival

✔️ Complete the Welcome Submission Form before arrival to help us prepare for your stay.
✔️ Check-in time is 4:00 PM (early check-in available upon request if possible).
✔️ Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM to respect our neighbors.

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs under the following conditions:
💲 Pet Fee: $75 per stay (maximum of 2).
📌 Pet Rules:
• Keep pets off furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness.
• Crate pets when unattended inside the cabin.
• Always leash and supervise pets outdoors.
• Clean up after your pet—failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling Guidelines

Help us keep the property clean and environmentally friendly:
🖤 Black Cart (Household Waste): Bagged food waste, food containers, lightweight plastics, Styrofoam, bagged pet waste, and clothing.
💙 Blue Cart (Recycling): Flattened cardboard, paper, glass bottles, aluminum, tin, and magazines.
🚫 Not Accepted: Electronics, batteries, construction debris, hazardous waste.

🔥 Fireplace Use

The home is equipped with a gas fireplace. To turn on the fireplace, use the fireplace key and a lighter

🌡️ Thermostat & Heating

✔️ Adjust to your preferred comfort level.
✔️ Before check-out, set to 65°F to help conserve energy.

🍽️ Kitchen & Cleaning Expectations

✔️ Wash and put away all used dishes before departure.
✔️ Wipe down kitchen surfaces to avoid extra cleaning fees.

🍖 BBQ Grill Use

✔️ After use: Turn off the propane valve and clean the grill.
💲 Fee`s may apply for excessive grease buildup or an unattended propane valve.

🛁 Spa Use (If applicable)

✔️ Before Use: Rinse off oils, lotions, and sunscreen.
✔️ During Use: Set the spa to your desired temperature.
✔️ After Use: Secure the cover tightly and set the temperature to 100°F.
💲 Fee`s may apply for a drain & refill if water is left excessively dirty.

❄️ Snow Removal

✔️ A shovel and salt are provided for your use.
✔️ Plow services automatically occur during or after 3 inches of snowfall.

🚪 Check-Out Instructions

✔️ Return furniture, blankets, and decor to their original positions.
✔️ Take out all trash and recyclables before departure.
✔️ Lock all doors and windows.
