Lake George 5 Bed/ 3 Bath home w/ lake & resort access

Cramer's Point Lake Breeze family resort property offers multiple accommodations inluding 2 houses, multiple cabins and suites that include this four season Craftsman style home that sleeps 14. Our property offers two pools, water front access on Lake George, & lots of outdoor activities during the summer season. The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a NEW kitchen with granite counters, living and dining room with hardwood floors, large living room with hardwood floors and cozy wood burning fireplace, sitting area with filtered lake views and additional dining, central heating and A/C and a washer and dryer convenient for large groups on vacation. The house comes with a large entertaining deck with patio seating and tables for 12+, outdoor fireplace, Adirdondack chairs and a charcoal grill. The ground floor/ parking area level has a private entrance to a separate suite that offers easy access to a living space without any steps from the parking area and extra privacy that a single or couple in your party may desire, but still wishes to stay with the group. The ground level space offers a queen beds, sitting area, TV and an en suite bath (standing shower, 32"). The main living level has a large living room woth plush leather couches, 2 futons, TV, wood burning fireplace, 2 dining sets, filtered lale views to the south-east, and a large working kitchen with new counters, granite top and stainless steel appliances. There is a master suite on the main floor level (middle floor) with a queen barnwood bed, en suite 3/4 bath (standing shower 32") that offers private coffee nook with large windows and direct access to the deck. The top floor has a full bath with tub/shower, and 3 additional bedrooms furnished woth barnwood beds. Bedroom 3 has a two queens, bedroom 4 has one queen and sitting chair plus a filtered view of the lake to the south-east, and bedroom 5 has a queen, two twins and a TV.

*None of the 3 bathrooms in this home are the original locations and spaces - they are not the same as the large, spacious bathrooms common in new construction today! If large size baths are important to your party, we do offer a larger, more recently constructed less traditional home on the property that may be of interest (please see listing 3800841).
**Our TVs are Roku streaming internet powered, we do not have cable.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Guests have access to all seasonably avaiable on-site amenities. Enjoy lawn games, a fire pit and lazy Adirondack chairs. Relax at either of our 2 pools or at the lake access point. Row boats and canoe available for our guests to enjoy, and on property games such as horse shoes, shuffle board and corn hole add to the fun. We are very near to the lake, located on the east (lake) side of Lakeshore Drive, about 500' from the lake. We have deeded access via a trail down (and back up!) the hillside, which leads to an approximately 125' space with an authentic natural Adirondack Lake front with gorgeous views, water access and several kayakas, canoes & rowboats that we provide for our guests at no additional charge (in-season). Please note that there is no vehicular access at the lake level, and that walking up and down the trail is required. For those who may be visiting from points south or east, please understand that this is not a "sandy beach" as found on the oceans / sounds. It is a beautiful spot to bring a chair and take it all in, enjoy the sound of the water, take a dip or explore the bay in our boats. During the peak summer season, we prefer to rent this property by the week, from friday to friday. Sat/Sat or sun/sun are also options, depending upon availability. -Our pet policy: We allow up to one animal, under 50 lbs and at least one year in age. There is a pet fee applicable to your stay. While a guest with us, animals must not be left unattended in your accommodation unless crated, are not allowed on furniture or bedding, and any “business” must be cleaned up by pet parents. The department of Health regulations do not allow dogs at pools or the game areas. Guests must select "Pet" when reserving. Please contact us before booking if you wish to request exceptions to this policy. There is a pet fee applicable, per stay.
