Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
Stayed here with several families. We generally pay for higher end hotels but this place worked for the budget of the families staying with us. We had a suite. The family’s had regular rooms but all had similar perspectives. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a continental. Mainly carbs and not many options, so no complaints on that. We opted to go out for breakfast. Generally this place has great potential but they need to put alot more effort into cleaning and staffing. But if budget is important to you then you won’t be disappointed. Pictures attached.
Pros:
Staff is very nice.
Nice grounds with a playplace, bbq area with tables and a family gazebo.
Modern. Nice sized pool with a cool slide
On site laundry with new machines.
Cons:
Staff is very minimal to keep up with check in, service and cleaning.
Ice machine in the laundry room doesn’t work.
2 of the 5 games in the arcade room don’t work.
Room has a huge red stain in the carpet.
Room has an odor but they also allow pets so can’t hold that against them. Expect to see pet hair.
They don’t clean the rooms or make ur bed during they day. They only empty the trash and replace towels.
All 5 days, the chlorine smell in the pool is overwhelming and burns your eyes. So you know what that means.
The Pool has dirt or something at the bottom. They don’t clean it.
The gym hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Dirt, dust and dry sweat marks everywhere.
The room sink is clogged and drained
