You’ll love the open concept common space kitchen/dining/living room that allows your whole family to enjoy each other’s company. You can choose to sleep in the first floor master bedroom or in the spacious loft, and your kids will love the bunk beds for sleepover vibes. You can use the loft as a zen space, hangout area, or as a place to vibe with good company. When you’re done with the day’s outings, you can cook dinner on the grill, relax on the deck and gather at the outdoor firepit in comfortable Adirondack chairs. You’ll also love cozying up to a fire in the fireplace.

Accessibility

-Although a few steps to enter the house are unavoidable, guests can access everything but the loft without using stairs once inside the house.



Outdoors:

- The lake is great for swimming and launching your own personal watercraft. It’s walkable to get there.

- The deck, outdoor dining set, and wood benches provide ample outdoor seating for your family or friend group

- Fire pit with Adirondack chairs-a perfect gathering spot

- Choose your favorite outdoor games for your use on the property or at the beach, including bocce, lawn darts, cornhole, etc.

- Enjoy the local wildlife right at the house: deer, hawks, bald eagles, fox, chipmunks, and more!



Eco-friendly:

This house is powered by renewable energy, uses filtered well water, and includes eco-friendly personal care products for your enjoyment while you stay. The Poconos are a great year-round local getaway for East Coast travelers looking to avoid air travel.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire chalet, firepit area, and hot tub



Other Things to Note:

Please note that use of the hot tub is not guaranteed. It is fairly new but if it ever needs a repair, we may be subject to delays in obtaining service or parts.

We have a blink camera (outside of the house)

RVs are not allowed.



There is a pet fee of $95/pet
