Enjoy the private backyard with; amazing views of the lake, pool, hot tub, large covered patio for dining and entertaining and shades for even more privacy. Located about 8 minutes from the lake, boat launches, ATV trails, historic London Bridge, dining, shopping and entertainment.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there`s space to comfortably accommodate 10 people. The master bedroom features a king bed with integrated USB ports and nightstand with USB and power ports, dresser, ceiling fan, private door to the patio, spacious walk in closet, tv with Roku, large en-suite featuring 2 vanities, separate toilet closet and large travertine walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, nightstands, tv, ceiling fan, and closet.
The third bedroom is for the kid in all of us! It features a Queen on Queen industrial bunk bed, a tv, USB port on top bunk and on the side table, tv, closet and an extra chair for lounging in.
The second and third bedrooms are located next to a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
There is a pool bathroom with outdoor access as well as access through the garage. There is an outdoor shower located outside next to the bathroom, because who doesn`t want to shower outside?
The house has a covered patio with integrated blinds that pull down for shade from the hot Lake Havasu sun.
Large pool with hot tub, you are allotted $15/day in propane for heating the pool/hot tub any usage above that, you are responsible for. THE POOL WILL NOT HEAT WHEN YOU ARE HEATING THE HOT TUB, THEY CANNOT HEAT UP SIMULTANEOUSLY.
The view from the backyard is unreal. Every person that has been to this house has commented about how amazing the view is, even people from Lake Havasu can`t believe it! It is definitely a must see.

You have access to the whole house, other than two closets with locks on them. You also have full access to the garage which includes a boat/RV parking and a 2 car garage.

Peaceful, safe cul-de-sac located on a hill, making for beautiful 360 views.

There is residential garage with room for a 37` boat or RV and a 2 car garage. There is public transportation, ride share and UBER to get around town. Boat and ATV rentals just minutes away. Grocery store 5 minutes away.

Pool co comes to service on Monday mornings

Trash gets taken to the street on Wednesday night to be pick up early Thursday morning.

Hot Tub Propane: Because this spa is heated with propane rather than natural gas or electricity, the homeowner includes $25 of propane per day (approximately 3 hours of normal use). Additional propane consumed beyond the daily allowance will be charged at cost after your stay

No parties or events. Parties or events are not permitted unless approved by the homeowner in writing prior to your stay. Unauthorized parties or events may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing Lake Havasu City`s quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Pool & Hot Tub Propane: This home uses propane to heat the pool and spa. Your reservation includes $25 per day toward propane usage. Any propane costs exceeding the daily allowance will be the guest`s responsibility. If you`d like an update on your usage during your stay, simply reach out to your host. typically this is about 3 hours a day in the winter.

Pool Sweep: Please do not remove the automatic pool sweep from the pool. Direct sunlight can permanently damage the equipment. If the pool sweep is removed and damaged, a $200 replacement fee will apply. If you need to disconnect it please do so properly by disconnecting it completely from the pool and then laying in a straight line in a shaded area.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Parking: Please park only in the driveway or garage. Parking in the cul-de-sac is not permitted.

Pets: We love that your furry family members can join you! Please clean up after your pet during your stay and keep pets off all furniture.

We want your vacation to end on a relaxing note, so no chores required! We just ask for a few simple things before you go:

*Throw away perishables & trash to the outside bins.
*Start the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes inside
*Leave used beds unmade—no need to strip linens.
