Centrally located and just a short drive from the lake, boat launches, dining, shopping, and all that Lake Havasu has to offer.

Escape to Rango Desert Retreat, a comfortable and inviting Lake Havasu getaway located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just 10 minutes from the lake, boat launches, London Bridge, restaurants, shopping, and all the fun Lake Havasu has to offer.

Parking

Driveway parking is available for guests. Please note that the garage is not available for guest access or parking.

Whether you’re off to the lake for a day on the water, hitting the hiking trails, heading out for an off-road adventure, or simply enjoying a relaxing vacation, Rango Desert Retreat is the perfect place to come back to, cool off in the pool, and unwind after a fun-filled day in Lake Havasu.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home and backyard, including the swimming pool, outdoor areas, and all amenities provided with the property.

Please note: The garage is not available for guest access or parking.

All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or along the side of the house on the designated rock parking area

House Rules & Important Information

No Parties or Events

* No parties or events are permitted.
* Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and are strictly enforced.
* No amplified music after 8:00 PM.
* The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property.
* No third-party bookings are permitted.
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Rango Desert Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Any party, excessive noise, unauthorized guests, or violation of these rules may result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

Security Cameras

For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in place for liability purposes. Cameras are located at:

* Front entrance
* Driveway
* Backyard facing the patio, pool, and pool equipment
* Side yard with motion detection

There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

Tampering with, covering, disconnecting, or disabling any security camera is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

Guest Access & Parking

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard, including the swimming pool, outdoor areas, and all guest amenities provided with the property.

The garage is not available for guest access or parking.

Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on the designated rock parking area along the side of the house.

Smoking & Vaping

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking and properly dispose of all cigarette butts.

Pool

* For the safety of all guests, a signed Pool Waiver is required before using the pool. No exceptions.
* No diving. The pool has built-in steps and is not deep enough for safe diving.
* Do not climb, stand, sit, or jump from the stone wall surrounding the pool.
* No glass or food is permitted in or around the pool area.
* Please do not touch, adjust, or tamper with any pool equipment.
* Guests are responsible for any service or repair charges resulting from unauthorized adjustments or tampering with the equipment.
* Our pool service visits every Friday through the side gate. They will only be on the property briefly and should not interrupt your stay.

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome one (1) small pet at Rango Desert Retreat with prior approval.

* A $50 non-refundable pet fee and a $250 refundable pet security deposit are required.
* Please include your pet when submitting your reservation request.
* Pets must be approved before arrival.
* Pets that have not been approved in advance are not permitted on the property.
* An additional $100 fee will be charged for an unauthorized pet.
* Pets may not be left unattended inside the home unless prior written approval has been provided by the host.
* Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
* Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet throughout their stay.
* A $75 additional cleaning fee will be charged if pet waste is left in the yard after checkout.
* Additional pet rules posted inside the home must be followed during your stay.

BBQ Grill

A propane BBQ grill is provided for guest use. We do our best to keep the propane tank full and ready for your stay.

If the propane tank is empty or needs to be refilled during your stay, please exchange the tank at any local convenience store or propane exchange location. Send your host a copy of the receipt, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost of the propane exchange.

Wood-Burning Fire Pit

A wood-burning fire pit is available in the backyard for guests to enjoy.

* Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.
* Never leave a fire unattended.
* An adult must supervise the fire pit at all times while it is in use.
* Keep children and pets a safe distance from the fire.
* Please keep the fire contained completely within the fire pit.
* Do not move the fire pit from its designated location.
* Do not use the fire pit during high winds or when local fire restrictions are in effect.
* Completely extinguish the fire before leaving the area or going inside for the night.
* Guests are responsible for using the fire pit safely and responsibly.

Deposits & Extended Stays

* Stays of 30 nights or longer require a separate signed rental agreement.
* Items left behind can be shipped upon request for the cost of shipping plus a $25 service fee.

Snowbird Rates

November – February
$2,600 per month + cleaning fee and electric

For extended stays, additional terms and a separate rental agreement may apply.
