Must book weekly in the summer months of July and August.

Enjoy spending some time at this charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage on Lake Leelanau. This cozy lake house offers comfortable lodging for up to four guests. The living room has plenty of seating overlooking the beautiful lake views. There is wall-unit air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace.

No more than four guests are allowed; however, there is a bunkhouse with one twin bed and a twin bunk bed if guests want to spread out. The bunkhouse does not have a kitchen or bathroom.

Enjoy the roomy yard. Walk out the door to a deck with comfortable outdoor seating and enjoy beautiful sunsets and fall color views. The huge yard is perfect for outdoor games. 100' of shoreline includes a dock and boat hoist that has a 3000 lb. limit. Three kayaks are included. There is a gas grill and a fire pit.

This cottage is just minutes from the Village of Lake Leelanau. In the area are groceries, wineries, a distillery, antique shops, and restaurants. There is a boat launch just a couple of miles from the house. Suttons Bay and Leland are about 10 minutes away.

Your well-mannered dog is welcome. One dog only. Please clean up after your pet.

The lake view is awesome. Our weather was unseasonably warm. Was able to swim in October. The place is great. Clean and updated. Bathroom even has a heated floor. Next time I would bring my boat. Property manager called to make sure everything is ok too.

The lake is gorgeous can see right into the water. We used the kayaks - water was very placid and peaceful. Quiet relaxing and great house. I cried when we had to leave. Visited nearby Suttons Bay and Fishtown (Leland) Absolutely loved it. Want to go again!!!!!

This Beautiful Beach House was perfect.Amazing sunsets, lake view, quiet , and so peaceful. My daughter and I had an incredible time. Lake house is small but adorable! And close to shopping area. Definitely worth it and we will be back!

Leelanau Blue is charming as described, the view of the lake and sunsets were beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing week.The only complaint we had was the dog and cat hair that was on the pillows and floors.

Great view of sunset. Very nice cottage, welll equipped and comfortable beds Well located for visiting the western side of Grand Traverse Bay We should have checked when leaves had max color change. We wanted to have fireplace blazing and settle down with good book. Weather was comfortably warm and a fire was not needed. Quiet neighborhood. Everywhere we stayed on the trip had lowest grade TP ever created. WHY. charge $3/dat more

Great place!

We loved staying at this little cottage. They did a great job on the remodel. Cute and cozy. Great view. All the furniture was very comfy. I would recommend bringing water shoes lake bottom more of a sand/clay mixture. Firepit was very nice. We had a great time.

Perfect Spot

The property was perfect for our family. Being right on the water was perfect for swimming, playing and paddle boarding. The location was central to all the local towns and sights. The home was recently renovated and they did everything right to make your time there enjoyable. Property management was very attentive and quick to help out. The property has plenty of privacy while still being connected to other neighboring properties. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful location! We go to Lake Leelanau every year in October, and this was our first time at this property. It has recently been updated and everything is first rate. The kitchen and living areas are comfortable and we’ll appointed. The bedroom and bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and has a great view of the lake. And the bathroom, with its heated floor and roomy shower is great. The location is great
close to Lake Leelanau and Sutton’s Bay.

Beautiful quiet location. We can get here without traveling through the bustle of Traverse City. Property was clean and newly remodeled. We booked the property with the hopes of using the kayaks and doing some fishing on the lake however there was only one paddle remaining. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and accessories.

Wonderful Lakefront Home

Amazing home on a very private lot on a sheltered shoreline of Lake Leelanau. Home was very clean, very well stocked and very comfortable beds. The property was well maintained and very quite and peaceful. Great location as it is close to Suttons Bay, Lake Leelanau and even Leland. We will be looking to return again and potentially making it out annual family vacation.

Change of Location

Mother Nature had alternate plans for me this trip. Due to the cold temps, understandably the pipes at this property were frozen. The Property Management company was very accommodating and contacted me in advance and found me an alternate property nearby with similar accommodations/amenities. I was very pleased with the alternate location as well as the customer service. Unfortunately this means I cannot provide a helpful review. I hope to stay at the Lakehouse on Lake Leelenau in the future.

Very clean and relaxing home.

Your home is very inviting, we felt very comfortable staying there, it was well stocked with anything you would need. Even though it was a cold weekend it was still a beautiful view from all the windows. We would differently stay there again when we were in the area.
