Fairway Villa 604 at Rumbling Bald

This two bedroom, two bath townhouse-style condo sits beside the #3 Hole tee boxes of Bald Mountain Golf Course with the rocky peaks of Rumbling Bald Mountain towering in the background. On the first level, there is a vaulted living room containing a couch, loveseat, and TV with a DVD player. In the combined kitchen/dining area, you will find a beautiful bar with seating for six.  The U-shaped kitchen has an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker.  The utility closet houses a stack washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. Sliding glass doors open onto a rear patio. Behind the patio is a common area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for you to use.  
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
