Downstairs, a living space offers its own personality with a bar seating three, mini fridge, smart TV, game console, board games, a comfortable couch, and dual loveseat recliners, creating the ideal hangout spot for family or friends. As you head back upstairs, the main living room, located just off the kitchen, features a large sectional couch and smart TV—perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the water.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, dark countertops, counter seating for four, plus both a Keurig single-serve and standard drip coffee maker to keep everyone fueled. Adjacent, the dining area welcomes you with a table for ten surrounded by windows, filling the room with natural light and a sense of togetherness. Have everyone pitch in preparing a home-cooked meal between the spacious kitchen and the outdoor grill, and enjoy evenings filled with laughter and good company in your Lake Ozark getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 20 guests between 7 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size murphy bed.



Bedroom #4 is in the basement and includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #5 is in the basement and includes a full size bed and a set of full-over-full size bunk beds.



Bedroom #6 is in the basement and includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #7 is in the basement and includes 2 twin XL size beds and an ensuite bathroom, also accessible via the hallway, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes 1 additional full guest bathroom, with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Driveway parking available for 5 vehicles.

- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:

(1) located near the front door and actively monitoring the front door entry area,

(2) mounted under the deck and actively monitoring the basement doorway,

(3) mounted on the front of the house and actively monitoring the driveway.
