Welcome to Ozark Lakeview Delight — your peaceful and fun getaway at Lake of the Ozarks! This bright and cheerful 3BR/2BA condo sleeps 7 comfortably. Enjoy expansive lake views, a screened-in porch, two pools, and an unbeatable location just minutes from the historical Bagnell Dam Strip and many attractions. You will find fun nautical and inviting decor that enhance the lake experience, with many updates including new stainless steel appliances and a remodeled shower.

This condo is our personal vacation home and we are thrilled to open it up so that others can enjoy it, too! This condo is our "Happy Place" which our family has thoroughly enjoyed. This condo is located on the "Hilltop" part of the Harbour Towne Condominium complex, located in Lake Ozark, Missouri, which is one of the most desirable condo complexes at Lake of the Ozarks! The condo complex has many permanent residents living in it and is very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It is wonderful for families, couples, and friends! Visit for wonderful boating, fishing, retirement trips, shopping, entertainment, and dining - for vacationing or even working from the beautiful lake.

Here are some details of the condo:

• Fantastic Views and Natural Light:
Breathtaking views await you! From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the stunning lake views! With the condo located on the hilltop, this allows for even more expansive lake views! You can see views of the water, sky, boats, birds, trees, and nature both from our condo and from the condo's complex grounds. Both daytime and nighttime views are spectacular, with some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen! Floor-to-ceiling windows and two sliding glass doors in the living room offer tons of natural light and stunning lake views.

• Waterfront Access:
Walk down the steps to the lake, stroll along the charming boardwalk, fish off the docks, or relax on lakeside benches and soak in the views.

• Prime Location:
Our condo sits between the 1 and 2 Mile Markers (MM), 5 minutes from the Bagnell Dam and the famous "Strip" that has restaurants, entertainment, and fantastic shopping! Our condo is located close to US-54 which is very well-maintained highway that will take you to everywhere you need to go very quickly across the lake area. The condo is within a 30-minute of two of Missouri State Parks - Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Lake of the Ozarks State Park with well-maintained hiking trails for all abilities.

• Wonderful Privacy:
The condo has a private wrap-around walkway as well as private screened-in deck with a separate door. There are also blinds and optional room-darkening, tasteful curtains on the windows to allow for privacy or sleep in.

• Fantastic Screened-in Deck and Porch with Bench
The deck has a ceiling fan, lights, a nice outdoor rug, and comfortable seating with a screen that was installed in 2025. There are stools that can be brought outside for extra seating. The views of the lake from the deck span for miles of the main channel! The deck is also bordered by a pine tree on one side with a maple tree in front, so there are many birds to see and hear. You can also see an occasional Eagle flying over the lake and deer-sightings right from the deck. The wrap-around private walkway in the front of the condo also has a bench with cup holders for extra seating. We even had front row seats from our deck to the starting line on the lake of the June, 2025 annual offshore boat race sponsored by XINSURANCE!

• Numerous Boating and Water Activities
The condo is located to many places on the lake that allows for boat rentals of Tritoons, Jet Skis, Kayaks, and Speed boats. They usually provide life preservers and some have equipment such as water skis that can be rented. If you have your own boat, there's a public boat launch less than 1 mile from our condo. There's a place on the condo property for boat trailer parking that can be reserved for an extra $10 per day. There are many activities to do on or near the water. There is fishing right off the docks from our condo complex, and there are fishing tournaments at the lake. Many restaurants offer parking for boats.

• Swimming
We have 2 swimming pools available at our condo complex, one of which is on the Hilltop side and literally steps from our condo. They are well-maintained and have wonderful views of the lake. We have some pool noodles and an inflatable that can be used for the pools. The pools open a few weeks earlier than Memorial Day and stay open a few weeks after Labor Day, and are heated in the cooler weeks. While our condo complex does not allow swimming in the lake as it is on the main lake channel and is not safe, there are 2 small public beaches around the lake (there are regular water quality checks done at the Missouri public beaches by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, so be sure to check before going). Many restaurants and bars have swim-up bar pools right on their property.

• Thoughtful Updates & Personal Touches:
We've spent the past three years upgrading and personalizing this space. This is not just a rental — it's our second home, with bright, cheery paint, unique nautical and nature-themed decor (many from local shops), and comfortable furnishings. The appliances are all new in 2024, with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The primary bathroom shower was remodeled with white subway tile from Spain and a blue picket tile inlay and niches.

• Supplies Provided:
We provide almost all the supplies you need for a fantastic visit including wonderful towels (bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels), individual toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry soap, and a fully stocked kitchen! All you need to bring are your beach towels if you want them for swimming, but not required as we have plenty of towels!

• Security on Property:
We have many security measures including deadbolt locks, window locks, and sliding glass door locks. We also have an outside video Ring doorbell which is the only video on the property. We have notifications in place to the property host on the front door lock to enable further security. There are custom security codes given to each guest only for the duration of their stay for front door access.

• Cleaning of Property:
The property and used linens will be professionally cleaned between each set of guests.

FIREWORKS
• There are various fireworks displays around the lake (some can often be seen from our condo) for Fourth of July and throughout the summer. Contact your hosts who can assist with finding information.

CAR SHOWS:
• “Hot Summer Nights” - 2nd Friday of every month - Monthly classic car show on the Bagnell Dam Strip. 2025 dates: May 9th, June 13th, July 11th, August 8th, and September 5th

BOATING EVENTS:
• April 25-27: Lake of the Ozarks In-Water Boat Show
• June 21-22: Fantastic boat race sponsored by XInsurance starting at the Bagnell Dam (The 2025 event was on the lake right in front of our condo)
