Well located hotel with good facilities - good WiFi and a couple of computer terminals for use. Oxygen tanks for those that need it. Rooms were big for Peru and the beds very comfortable. They provided heaters and blankets. Shower was powerful and hot. Breakfast was varied - eggs, sausages, toast, cake, fruit, cereals, juices etc. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. I left my bag in a nearby restaurant which they managed to retrieve and are working on sending it back to me. Fabulous - if all Tierra viva hotels are like this wish I was staying at other locations too!
