Large 4 bedroom home with plenty of space for families. Screened in-ground pool with hot tub and a screened porch with tables and seating for 12+. Fenced backyard for pets, palm trees, patio, fire pit and gas grill. House is stocked and ready for you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, snacks and more, even a water bottle and chocolate on the nightstand to kick off your stay! Kitchen- Complete with coffee bar and cozy breakfast nook, this kitchen has everything you need to feel at home! Equipped with a Keurig Duo coffee pot so that you can use a single serve kcup or make a pot of coffee. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic seasonings. Bonus: french press & moka pot. Our family loves the walking trails around the lake, almost guaranteed to see some Sand Hill Cranes. Only a few steps from the front door! Want to take the kids to a playground? You have two within walking distance. Basketball, skateboarding or boating? Also, all within a short walk. Making core memories that last!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake retreat! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight and well maintained, making it perfect for relaxing after a day out. The space was thoughtfully set up, cozy, and great for unwinding. Perfect family stay!!

Thank you so much for sharing your home. There was literally almost anything you needed for the kids. The house was spacious enough for all 11 of us! We got to celebrate our son’s graduation from high school, 18th birthday and send off to the Marine Corps! The added bonus was using the pool and hot tub area which was beautiful!! For my daughter to get engaged to the love of her life! A million thank you’s couldn’t even begin to tell you how grateful I am!! We only live a short distance but will stay again with the family next year!!

The rental is located in a neighborhood that was clean, had a very relaxed feel, and safe.The house and pool are well maintained and are an ideal setup for anyone that is traveling with kids—especially because the bottom of the stairs are gated and the pool has safety precautions in place. The bedding was comfortable, access to pots, pans, and dish ware were a huge plus, and the appliances were clean.My only feedback was the cleanliness wasn’t where I would expect a highly rated rental to be. The trash was overflowing, dishes were put away wet, remnants from a party were found throughout the house (balloons, beer caps, etc), and the dishwasher had standing water in it when we arrived. Again, not deal breakers, just not something I would expect to deal with when renting a house with this high of rating. I’d highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the area and looking for a comfortable, family friendly place to stay.

Winter Escape

This is a lovely home. It's very spacious and well-appointed. The Masts were excellent hosts. Since we stayed for 3 months, we loved that we could walk to the Lake Wales Family Recreation Center, and to downtown Lake Wales. Being able to walk through Lake Wailes park every day was wonderful. We really enjoyed our winter escape!

Christmas 2024

We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Kristy, the host is very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!

Like Being Home

We had all the comforts of home. We only cooked one night, but had every thing we needed as far as prepping and serving this meal. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location was beautiful, in a very pleasant neighborhood, which is very important to us. Due to a minor issue, the host owner was very quick/responsive to our needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and amenities

Our family stayed her for a wedding at Bella Cosa. Kristy was a great host and responded to our requests promptly! The pool and spa were great and there was more than enough room for all of us to spread out. The location to the wedding venue was very convenient. The lake across the street was nice to wake up to. My brother and his wife had a nice walk around the lake on the walking path. Playgrounds nearby were good for the small kids. We had everything we needed at the house - we were able to cook and eat a few meals at the house and do a couple loads of laundry during our stay. Highly recommended!!

A great place

We had a great time in this well equipped, clean home with a screened in pool and hot tub. I was surprised to find out you have to pay extra to have the hot tub heated because it’s part of the pool, but it was well with it. Communication was great throughout the week.
