The space
Once you walk into Sunny Blue House you'll be welcomed by our photo-spot bar area where you can have a refreshing drink right and relax for a bit. Or if you prefer you can relax sitting in our italian leather sofa in the living room and enjoy your favorite TV show. We have ROKU TVs in every room with access to your favorite subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO, Prime, Youtube and even to local & national channels.

Sunny Blue Home is equipped with everything you need to live an unforgettable local experience in the heart of Palm Beach County.

Fast internet, new appliances, modern quality furniture, Serta & memory foam mattresses with different firmness for you to choose. Our three bedrooms have ample well lighted closets, head to toe mirrors, big impact-glass windows, plenty of natural light, cozy bedside lamps, cube organizers and extra blankets for your convenience.

The kitchen is well stocked and our gas range & oven are a chef's dream. We also have electric mini oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & toaster for quick fixes on the go.

In the family room we have a dedicated work area with a wood desk & a rolling chair. A papasan chair and game-table for 4 is also there where you can enjoy your favorite cards or domino games at any time. Two extra closets in the common areas are also available for you to put more of your belongings or shopping items.

Our gas water heater ensures that hot water comes out quickly once you enter the shower and you'll find our bathrooms stocked as a hotel with toilet paper, toiletries & towels ready for your first refreshing shower! Additional white towels and beach towels are provided in every room.

For the cleanest experience, we keep rugs and curtains to a minimum as well as provide top quality, easy to clean furniture and fixtures for you to feel at ease. Hard Vynil floors are installed all around the property.

When you walk into our fenced patio facing the East, you'll immediately feel the fresh ocean breeze. Enjoy the palm trees, real grass, hammock or prepare a delicious barbecue in our charcoal grill. The patio/ terrace area is fully fenced and is perfect for the enjoyment and safety of your children and pets.

For your laundry needs we have new big size Samsung washer & dryer available in the double bedroom, which also features a wall air conditioning unit for extra hot days. Iron, ironing board, hair dryers and initial courtesy laundry detergent is offered for your convenience.
Guest access
You'll have full access to every area in the house. However is important to note that in the same lot of the property there is an apartment (guest house). Located in the back (independent building with separate entrance) There's a locked vynil gate dividing both properties from each other terraces.

If you're traveling with a bigger party, you may request prices and access to the guest house. We can check if the dates are available. Guest house has space for 4 additional guests.
Other things to note
The property is on a corner lot, so you'll have neighbors only to the left. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful, always minding their own business. Please be respectful as well. You can park in front of the property or in the street.
Also there's extra parking spaces in the back at the entrance of the guest house. Please park vertically leaving enough space for other guests.
