Lakefront w Dock-Pets OK-Amazing Views-Large Deck

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, lakefront oasis surrounded by mature trees. The second story porch offers plenty of room for outdoor dining with views of some of the best sunsets on Chautauqua Lake.



You'll enjoy close to 100' of lakefront on Tinkertown Bay directly across from Chautauqua Institution. Bring your boat along to our dock (shared with neighbors) or roast some s'mores at the firepit next to the shore.  Firewood is provided.

Our dock is scheduled to be removed 10/11/25 and is usually installed in early May.

You'll have access to the second floor living space which features an open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area and living room with queen sleeper sofa. A bathroom with shower and a bedroom with queen bed completes the space.



The cottage is fully winterized and you'll stay comfortable with a mini-split system providing A/C and heat.



The second-floor deck has been recently expanded with Trex decking and mahogany railings. We kept the hemlock tree growing up through the deck for a unique, natural touch. A gas grill is conveniently located on this level.



The lower level isn't rented out, but has storage space that may be accessed by our family.

You'll have access to the second-floor living space and patios as well as the entire yard, beach and dock.



The second floor is accessed by the outdoor stairs and is completely separate from the lower level.



The dock is shared between guests, our family (we have a couple boats there) and our very friendly neighbors in the gray house next door. You may occasionally see some of our family members going out to the dock or down to the lower level storage if they go out boating
