The space
Private gated lake community includes 2 docks, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, common area with grills and picnic tables, and we provide kayaks.

The living room offers plush seating around a fireplace, while the game room invites everyone to unwind with friendly competition and late-night laughs.

The dining area seats 10, making it ideal for family dinners or celebratory gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your favorite meals.

MATTRESSES:
3 king mattresses are Tuft & Needle mattresses. All mattresses are memory foam mattresses featuring foam technology with body contouring and bounce-back support. The foam helps prevent deep body impressions while wicking away heat for a deep, restful sleep. It is great for back and stomach sleepers. Two plush pillows per person.

SHOWERS:
3 showers, one tub with a hand shower.

DRINKING WATER:
RO System.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Below is the schedule.

LANDSCAPE SERVICE
Weekly in the mornings, can be in front or backyard.

TRASH AND RECYCLE
Trash is via community dumpsters. Instructions given in welcome book.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND POLICIES:
PETS:
$150 per pet per stay. Please reach out with accurate number of pets after booking, and fee will be sent via the app. Unauthorized animals on the property will be fined $250 per violation plus any necessary deep cleaning/damage fees.

DECORATIONS:
Do not attach decorations to any walls or surfaces of any kind. No glitter. $500 violation fee.

No dyes, candles, permanent or markers.

We do not allow parties or events.

NO UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE ON THE PREMISES. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INDOORS, OR OUTSIDE WITH WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN. NO DRUGS. NO PORN.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Maximum of 10 people. Guest count must be accurate on reservation. $500 per violation or however much the guest overage would be on reservation, whichever is greater. We charge $50 per guest per night over 6 guests, which is reflected when booking with the accurate amount of guests.

No additional people on the property, unless approved in writing by the owner. $500 per violation. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Please note that this home has a lot of stairs and is not conducive for ADA.
