Swiss-Style Cabin with Hot Tub and Golf Cart. 7 bedrooms - Sleeps 27!

If you are looking for a nice cabin that is perfect for family reunions, then this is the place. The Swiss Style Cabin was purchased in order to enjoy family and friends. Our family has had wonderful experiences there and now we would like to share it with you and your family and friends.

***An important Note: The Parkway Lodge Swiss-Style Cabin has 7 bedrooms to fit large families. But not all families need all 7 bedrooms. Therefore, the price that is quoted on VRBO includes 6 of the 7 bedrooms. The 7th bedroom is the downstairs bunk room that has 3 triple bunkbeds. This room has an extra cost of $150 per night and a $150 cleaning fee. Because the options for adding an additional space on VRBO is limited, just let us know that you would like to add the bunk room and we will help you add it after the initial booking of the main portion of the cabin. We suggest that groups over 15 people add the bunk room for more comfort and access to the 4th bathroom. Also, in the bunk room there is a an Arcade cabinet with thousands of classic arcade games. Please keep in mind that while the bunks in the bunk room are sturdy, the manufacture's recommendation is a weight limit of 150 lbs or less on the upper bunks.***

The Swiss Style Cabin is part of our ParkwayLodgeAZ group of cabins and is one of the least expensive cabins for the number of people it can sleep. It has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 27 people. If you have larger groups, consider renting out our other cabin as well that has the capacity to sleep another 33 people. That cabin is called "the Mohave Cabin with a Tree House," and it is located about a mile away from this cabin. Both of the ParkwayLodgeAZ Cabins have large back yards for fun family games or family gatherings.

The location is great. The Swiss Style Cabin is less than a mile away from Rainbow Lake and we have kayaks (with a trailer) for our guest to enjoy. Please note, our cabin is located amongst the trees and we have neighbors that are concerned with the safety of their homes. Therefore, please be considerate and make sure that you follow all fire restrictions. Also, please make sure that any and all fires are watched carefully and are put out fully before leaving the area.

The Swiss Style Cabin was newly remodeled and furnished with high end mattresses and sheets so that you are cozy when you sleep and refreshed when you wake up.

Some of the amenities include exercise equipment, a hot tub, fire pit with cantina lights, an outdoor swing for relaxing and an arcade game with 1600 games from the 80’s and 90’s. This is perfect for dads to destroy their teenagers by going old school on them (located in the bunk room).

The Swiss Style Cabin also has an electric vehicle charger in the garage for your convenience!

We also offer late check outs on days when we do not have guests checking in on the same day. You can extend your check out from the normal time at 10 AM so that you can check out at noon for $100. Or you can extend it up until 2 PM for $200.

Similarly, if a guest would like to check in early, and if the property cleaning and preparation has been completed, guests may check in two hours early for $100 and up to 4 hours early for $200.

We would like to let you know that we do all that is reasonably possible to provide our guests with a 5-star experience, but because there are things outside of our control such as the weather and other things, we do not provide refunds to guests for days used or not used.

***Please note that during the following holidays, the minimum number of nights in order to book is 4 nights and the whole property including the bunk room needs to be included in the rental: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.***
