Enjoy a wonderful stay at our comfortable home in a friendly residential neighborhood in downtown Lancaster. Our home is just minutes away from everything downtown including the very best restaurants, live music, Central Market & amazing cafes. A short 15 minutes away and you can get to all of the outlets, Sight and Sound, American Music Theater & beautiful Amish farmlands. Our home has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable finished basement with full futon, WiFi, two full bathrooms and a private backyard.
The space
We have a comfortable living room, an eat- in and nice size kitchen, backyard and two bedrooms. There’s a full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a king size bed and a full futon in the room and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Our basement is completely finished and has another full futon in it, a small sofa, games all around for family fun and another full bathroom.
Guest access
This is a residential neighborhood. Parking is free and only on the right side of the street. If there are no spots open on the street at the time when you are looking to park, there are adjacent streets always with ample free spaces available.
Other things to note
Our musically inspired home is located on a residential block with houses and walls close to each other, which means that sometimes people make noise in or out of their homes. If you’re looking for a nice quiet Airbnb, we have a bigger one on our Airbnb profile which may best suit your needs. We love hosting guests and want all who stay in our guest rentals to be comfortable and have a great experience.
