At our house, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of serenity and adventure—whether you're paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, or simply soaking in the view from our private dock just across the street. We’ve thoughtfully stocked the lake access area with water toys and inviting spaces to relax and unwind.

Inside, our spacious home features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms—including a spa-like primary suite. You’ll find high-end appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, an 8-person dining table, and open living spaces designed for gathering, connecting, and making lasting memories.

Sip wine by the fire pit in our cozy courtyard, take in breathtaking lake and sunset views, or enjoy peaceful strolls by the water. With lightning-fast 1000MB Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and accommodations perfect for families or groups, our home offers all the comforts of a high-end stay with the warmth of a personal touch.

BEDROOM #1
The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and wired nightstands with USB and electrical plugs for your convenience. Enjoy breathtaking mountain and lake views, along with ample storage and closet space. The private, spa-like ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, rainfall shower, Toto bidet toilet, and double vanity sinks, offering a serene retreat within your stay.

BEDROOM #2
The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with stunning mountain and lake views from your window, a convenient closet, and luggage stand for storage. A newly renovated guest bathroom is located just across the hall, providing modern amenities and easy access.

BEDROOM #3
The third bedroom, located at the back of the house, offers ultimate privacy and comfort with a king bed and wired nightstands featuring USB and electrical plugs. It includes an oversized closet and an adjacent bathroom for convenience. This serene retreat is next to a cozy reading room with views to the courtyard, perfect for unwinding with a good book.

GUEST BATHROOM
Our recently renovated guest bathroom features an aesthetically pleasing design with a modern single vanity, a spacious, rainfall shower, and a sleek toilet.

PLEASE NOTE:
Boat house located on the property (across the street from main house) may also be hosting 1-2 guests.

For larger groups, we'd be happy to offer up our Boat House (1-2 guests) and/or adjacent Guest House (1-2 guests) be sure to check out the Guesthouse, perfect for extra space and comfort. Each feature a king bed, full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette.

Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Lake Lanier is a scenic, man-made reservoir spanning approximately 140 acres with over three miles of shoreline. It’s a peaceful backdrop for fishing, swimming, or simply taking in the natural beauty.

LAKE ACCESS:
Lake Lanier is a private, exclusive lake reserved for property owners in our neighborhood, and we're excited to extend this privilege to our guests. At The Boathouse, you can experience the lake in many ways—take a swim, ride the pedal boat, unwind by the fire pit, and more. If fishing is your passion, cast your line directly from the dock and try your luck with bass, carp, and catfish (catch and release).

DOCK ACCESS:
Access to the lake is via a large shared dock located at The Boathouse (across the street from the main house).
