TY KAER - Charming new house

Welcome to TY KAER, a brand new house just delivered, peaceful while being close to the sea.



Upon entering the house, you go directly into the large, spacious and bright living area.

You will find a comfortable living room, a friendly dining room to share good moments with family or friends, as well as a lovely equipped kitchen open to the living space.

A large bay window opens onto the garden, offering direct access to the terrace.

You will also find a separate toilet on the ground floor as well as access to the garage to store your bicycles, paddles or other equipment.



Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The first has a queen-size double bed (160x200). The second consists of two single beds. Finally, a bunk bed is located in the third bedroom. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this floor, ensuring you have all the necessary comfort.



This house welcomes animals; however, we draw your attention to the fact that the garden is not entirely fenced.



Located just 1 km from the first beach and 600m from the coastal path GR34, this house is ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends!



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most tourist spots of the Pays d'Iroise: go and explore the islands of Ouessant or Molène departing from the lovely, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Saint Matthieu point, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the fine arts museum in Brest...

For children, you will also find nearby: La Récré des 3 Curés (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

For the more sporty, magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing are located nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
