One bedroom with a queen bed, separate living room/kitchen with a sleeper sofa. TV is streaming, there is WiFi and a desk. Shower bath, large closet and stackable laundry are all accessible from the bedroom. Good sized 6ft fenced yard. Off street parking, room for a mid-sized truck and trailer to park off street.

There is no shared or restricted space. House is four minutes from New Mexico State University! It is also only 10 minutes away from the famous Las Cruces farmer`s market which happens every Saturday morning of the year. If you`re looking for a more adventurous day it`s only a 50-minute trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. At the park, you can spend time hiking, sledding down the brilliant white dunes, and enjoy a picnic while watching the sunset. The one-bedroom is also only 55 minutes from the El Paso International Airport.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.

House is close to the university, street in front of the house is busy but inside the house is quiet.

Parking is off street and private. The house is very near the university. There are restaurants within a 15 min walk but Las Cruces is mostly a driving or biking town.
