Centrally located Cozy RV with all the essentials in spacious secure gated area!

Simple, but with everything you need, The Cozy RV will take care of you during your stay in Las Cruces. It is centrally located in a large gated storage yard. It is very close to the University, restaurants, shops, stores (including Walmart). There is plenty of parking space and lots of room to walk your dog in the secure area. It is about 3 mins. from NMSU, 5 mins. from Old Mesilla, the Billy the Kid court house, and the Farmers Market, 20 mins. from Dripping Springs Natural Area, 40 mins from El Paso, and 45 mins. from White Sands National Park.

It is peaceful most of the time there, but occasionally there are some activities and vehicles that come and go. Know that you may hear guests in the two neighboring RVs or home come and go. There is also a train that passes by on the old Santa Fe Railroad not far from the property. If you are lucky, you will get to hear its horns and rumble. If you are unlucky, you will hear it horns and rumble when you are trying to sleep. Be prepared for that and other sounds of the city. We hope you enjoy your stay!
