This modern 2-bedroom apartment at Nicole Residence combines style, comfort, and a touch of privacy. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, A/C, and ensuite bathrooms—one with a full bath (toilet, shower, sink) and the other with shower and sink only. A separate powder room with toilet ensures the comfort of all guests. The apartment includes a bright living room with A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Starlink Wi-Fi, and a huge private terrace.
What sets this unit apart is its shaded corner terrace, where you can relax without being in the sun all day. Its location in the complex makes it feel more private while still offering pool views framed by tropical palm trees. The residence provides 24/7 security and a backup generator, ensuring continuous comfort even during local power outages.

Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.
5. Smoking
NO smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
6. Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Property Care
Please treat the property with respect.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
