Our beautiful Villa can comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The Villa boasts 4 good size bedrooms: one with a King sized bed on the main floor, equipped with it`s own full bathroom.

The other 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property. One with a queen bed and it`s own full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with a full size bed and 2 twin beds respectively, they both share a full size bathroom in the top floor hallway. The 2 twin beds can be joined in a King bed setup.

The living room`s French-style doors open up to the beautiful terrace, with an inviting lounging area and dining table, overlooking the private inground pool and yard.

The guests have access to the whole villa and backyard without restrictions.

We remain available for our guests around the clock, via the AirBnB messaging platform or personal contact, to ensure they enjoy a worry-free 5-star experience.

NOTE1: Additional guest fee : 19USD / guest per night (over 6 guests) . Calculated by the platform.

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card detail the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. In the event of any cancellation, a 4.95% credit card processing fee will apply.

A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE3: A refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.

NOTE4: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h. A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host upon check-out.

NOTE 5: Please respect the community`s peace and tranquility.
We ask all our guests to refrain from any loud noise and music, especially between quiet hours of 10:00PM and 10:00AM.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and respect for the property and neighbors, please review and follow these rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed.
No additional visitors without prior approval.
Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

3. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime.

4. Parties & Events
Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.

5. Smoking
NO smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

6. Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.

7. Property Care
Please treat the property with respect.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness
Before check-out, please:
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Leave the property in reasonable condition.

9. Electricity Usage
Electricity is charged separately based on usage.
Please turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

10. Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.

11. Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
-Additional charges
-Cancellation without refund
-Loss of security deposit
