The front of the house is so dirty and the pool was dirty there’s a dog poop. When we checked in.The house is not clean there’s used towel and a laundry inside the dryer .The game room was dirty .The bed was not safe we checked it and the screws are loose. I even took photos of the house every room/area. It was terrible.

I had good communication with the owner. I also appreciated the obvious efforts in the upgrades of the space - nice, innovative ideas. I do think the stained furniture could be replaced. The neighborhood made me a little nervous and I did not realize it was right on a busy street. The parking was also difficult - our 2 cars barely fit in the garage and because of that it was difficult to get in and out. I'm not sure there is anything you could do about that. If it had been warmer we would have enjoyed the back yard but it did need to be cleaned up and organized which would make it a little more inviting. The front was fun for the kids. Just before leaving we found laundry from the cleaner in both the washer and dryer from before we arrived. Not sure what to do with it since we were leaving - what was in the washer was probably a little moldy. Anyway, over all it was a good stay!

At first, upon arrival and driving through the neighborhood, I was a bit skeptical about safety since we were traveling with kids. The check-in and layout were a little confusing initially, but once everything was figured out, it was smooth and stress-free.The location worked well for our needs. Our kids had a competition at the convention center, and getting there was a quick and easy drive. Parking worked well for our group—we had three Tesla vehicles; two fit comfortably in the garage, and one parked right outside next to the garage without any issues.The property itself was very clean and well maintained. We had eight people staying, and the space was comfortable for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the game room. One side of the room had lights that weren’t working, which would be good to fix for safety, but it didn’t stop them from having fun.The couch and beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The price felt fair for what the property provided and the space it offered.For minor improvements, it would be helpful to fix the soap/shampoo dispenser bottoms on the bathroom floor, provide a remote control for the garage opener (this would help a lot), and repair the lights in the game room.Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good fit for our group, and we would consider staying here again

The photos for this property are very polished, as this property is quite worn now, and a bit on the dirty side. (Vents with filters that need to be changed, dirty walls, holes in walls and doors, the couch no longer has white cushions as in photos, but instead was covered with a grey sheet with stains, back slider doesn't lock (locking mechanism doesn't work.) Upon check in there were no towels in the bathrooms, we found some in the hall closet and most in the dryer. Instead of paper towels in the kitchen there was a brown roll of paper, like a gas station bathroom would have. No dishwashing soap - we purchased some at our own expense. No trash cans in bathrooms nor any hair dryers. Despite these things, we enjoyed our stay at the house with our friends.The owner prior to arrival was very cautious and warning of us to not have parties, make any noise, and if damages we'd be charged, not a real friendly welcome, so we were surprised to see the house not in top shape. However, he did leave us with a bottle of wine upon arrival.

The house was very clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and all of it extras. The rooms were big and allowed room to move around and put up a play pen for the baby. The only recommendation i have it to bring utensils for cooking. Kinda limited. We made it work but was a little challenging.

This spacious place boasts a deep pool, the host allowed us to check out two and a half hours later than the scheduled time. However, the house is outdated and needs attention. There were stains on the couch, so it was covered with sheets. There was no trash bin in the upstairs bathroom, and the showerhead downstairs was broken, causing water to splash everywhere. The game room was dimly lit and hot, and the pool table and ping pong table were in poor condition, uneven and worn out. There were also very few kitchen tools. Overall, for the price we paid, the place didn’t meet our expectations.

Great stay for a large group

Location close to the strip was a plus. Enough beds for our group of 10. The pool cleaner did come on Saturday during the day when we weren't expecting them. The game room in the main garage needs ping pong balls. Host was accessible for questions we had. Overall a decent spot for a large group for a weekend trip.
