Dieses Haus aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts wurde von dem berĂŒhmten Designer und Architekten Benjamin Ezra sorgfĂ€ltig entworfen und kĂŒrzlich renoviert. Es ist eine Anspielung auf die alte Schule von Vegas und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend in der NĂ€he von allem, was die Stadt zu bieten hat. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen großen Pool mit einem unglaublichen Leben im Freien, ein separates Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis und Billardtisch sowie kostenfreies WLAN im gesamten GebĂ€ude. The inside of the house was very good. And very wheelchair accessible we appreciated that. The sidewalk leading up to the house was very dangerous for our wheelchair, but we were able to get him in and out by helping him.The host was good to answer my questions before we came, but we got little or no response the times I texted them when we were there.

Great home for families

House is great, location is close drive to strip or any to anything necessary, like grocery store and shopping, etc. Game room was excellent for kids, they pretty much hung out there the whole time whenever we were at the house. Rooms were nice and plenty to sleep, only downside for us was the master didnt have its own bath. Otherwise, great home.

Mid-Century Modern Oasis

Hosts were prompt in their responses to my questions. The home was clean and conveniently located for our needs for this trip. Some of the photos are outdated as the outdoor dining hanging chairs are no longer there and the stools in the kitchen are different. However, this did not take away from our experience and we thoroughly enjoyed all the available amenities. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again for any future trips to the area.

AMAZING EXPERINCE

This property was very nice and clean and the only problem was that the photos are a bit out of touch ( the hanging chair outside is no longer there). The owner was very nice and kept commutation throughout our trip and accommodated any special request’s that we needed. The game room was very fun and is now a requirement when I book a vrbo house. Me and my Family had a great time there and in the pool. OVERALL the experience was a good memory that me and my family have a lifetime memory

Vegas Getaway

Stayed here with friends for a quick getaway to see Kelly Clarkson. We are all 40+ years old so staying on the strip was not ideal. Having a house 10 minutes from the strip with our own pool and own space was the right decision. The house is very cute inside and a short Uber ride to wherever you want to go on the strip. There are a few repairs that need to be done-game room door knob was falling off-the pool skimmer had holes in it, and the area around the pool (on the side of the house) needed to be cleaned up. The inside seemed as clean as a hotel room but could use a good deep clean. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this house for a group of ladies or couples.

Gem of a rental near the strip

My family used this as our home base for a week in Vegas and the surrounding area. It was so easy to get to everything and was amazing to have lots of space to spread out. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need. As others mentioned, the property might benefit from some TLC, but mainly just paint and some small repairs. Nothing that impairs your stay at all. Highly recommend for families or friends coming to the area!

Vegas Vacation

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The house is clean and the pool was fun. The pool house does not have A/C and the lights were not working, so it was really only useful during the day when it was hot. The ping pong paddles were missing their covers and the pool cues did not have the felt tips at the end. These are minor details but the pool house was a big draw for us. Location was about 10-15 mins to the strip and downtown.

Wonderful place to stay for 3 couples

Very clean, beautifully decorated home. Excellent beds, bedding and pillows Bit of a drive to either Fremont or the Strip but Uber was great. Could use wine glasses, ice cube maker, water purifier jug and more hand towels but otherwise the perfect home away from home

Vegas Getaway

This property is beautiful. It's just as the pictures show. We did an adult trip to Vegas and we enjoyed this home. The kitchen was fully functional and the bedrooms were better than most hotels! We had brunch one morning on the patio and relaxed in the 'hanging chairs' outside. Some of us took part in playing pool while the rest of us took pictures laying out by the pool. We wished the pool was heated, but other than that, it was a great stay. Note: We assumed that because of the number of people in our party (5), that more towels would be provided, however, there weren't but the home did have a washer, dryer and laundry detergent available for use.

Loved!!

My fiance & I traveled with 2 other couples. The house was a great accommodation for us, 3 bedrooms/3baths. My 1 & only observation would be the layout of the rooms & bathrooms. I was under the assumption that each bedroom had its own bathroom. However that was not a negative & it in no way took away from the house or our experience. If I ever visit Vegas again, I will definitely stay at this house again!

A last minute get away..

I spoke with the owners more in the process than any other place I’ve rented. In the beginning they needed to vet us and make sure the rules were clear, no problem. I did have to reach out a couple of more times for clarification on things, they always got right back to me. The house was comfortable and close to things if you are interested in doing Vegas. I did send a punch list at the end of our trip to the owners, items that were are all ready broken when we arrived, things we couldn’t use. In our opinion the house is needing some overall maintenance and the photos don’t show that. There is a lot of competition in the rental market in Vegas and we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Great interior and pool

Had a great stay with family and kids. Pool is very well kept and the game room was tons of fun. Really comfortable interior and beds as well. Exterior of property is a little beat up so hopefully owner is able to work on paint.

Great stay!

We stayed at this property with 2 other couples. The home was spotless and welcoming! Ashley was super accommodating to our Check-in and out needs. We love colors and the vibe of the home. It has a good size kitchen and plenty of room for all to be together and separate out for needed privacy. We loved the indoor/outdoor game room, and we played ping pong most of the morning. While we went out later in the days, this home provided a clean and cozy place to relax and socialize. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Las Vegas!

This is a fantastic house!

Five stars doesn't do this place justice. More like 10! This property and the owner are awesome. The house is exactly as described and was incredibly comfortable and CLEAN. Beautifully decorated! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The towels are soft and fluffy. I had a couple special requests for our visit, and Ashley graciously accommodated our needs. THANK YOU! The location is convenient to everything. We had a rental car, but also used Uber to travel to/from the strip. Both options worked well from this house. We couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely use this property again the next time we come to town! Hopefully next time we can come in the Summer and use the pool. :)

Enjoyable business trip with room for the group

Myself and a few employees were in Vegas for a conference. We had an enjoyable stay. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool but the house was clean and afforded us enough room to spread out and work.

Great place to stay, well located and very well provisioned.

Loved the house, the decor and general sense of space, cleanliness and overall feel. The owners have worked to create a stylish and relaxed home from home. It is a very cheap Uber-ride away from anywhere in town and a perfect retreat from the madness of the strip and downtown. Close to shops and a quiet, safe area to walk. I would highly recommend this property and would also rent again next time we return to Vegas...Thank you for providing a great base for our Vegas adventure
