Cons: All bedrooms needed a horizontal surface (night stand) for delicate personal items; too few clothing hangers, no mirrors upstairs. Bathroom: no spare tp stored in vanity (I had to retrieve it from the laundry); only 1 towel rail for 5 users; Kitchen: DIRTY coffee maker and too small for 6 cups. too few coffee cups, dishes not enough plates and glasses for a party of 7. No binder/manual to explain appliances or air conditioning. Certain house supplies like dishes and dishwasher detergent, a dust pan. Pros: quiet, close to destination. Easy to find. Close to grocery stores.

The stay was amazing, very easy check in and check out. The host was very kind and communicated well with entry, there wasn't anything required as a guest which was much appreciated. My family and I had a great time and enjoyed celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. It is also close to the airport and made for easy pick up and drop off for incoming family members. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of accomodations (towels, blankets, cooking utensils etc) and we werent bothered by the host for anything. We were able to have a good time and feel at ease the entire night. I definitely recommend this home!

The listing is extremely misleading. This property does not sleep the advertised number of guests comfortably. Realistically, it accommodates about 7 people at most. You’re expected to triple or quadruple up on beds, which was not clearly disclosed.The living space is also much smaller than it appears in the photos. Seating is limited and does not comfortably fit more than 4 people, making it unsuitable for groups.The downstairs bathroom layout is awkward, with the door opening directly toward the toilet. Its difficult to use and almost impossible for anyone with mobility issues to use safely or comfortably.On top of that, the property is significantly overpriced for what you actually receive. For the exact same cost, I ended up finding a 3,000 sq ft rental that was far more comfortable, accurately described, with more amenities and better suited for guests.To make matters worse, the cleaning fee policy feels excessive, when you're there less than an hour.Communication from the host was essentially nonexistent. Messages went unanswered, and the only way I was able to get any response was by involving customer service. Even then they never answered me personally.Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend booking unless you are fully aware of these limitations and are prepared for little to no host support.

Townhouse, area is gd. Not walking distance to stadium actually. Grill and small back area dirty. Old beer bottles left around. Front door tricky to open, doesnt stay closed unless you lock it . Owner did answer phone call for help with door, but nocheck iut instructions left. Worked for what we needed.

It’s not walking distance to stadium

1.8 miles to the stadium is not walking distance for most people and driving to the strip is about 12 minutes without traffic. Also, I am new at this and did not see anywhere in the posting that host would provide check in instructions the day of arrival, so beware. Other than that, place is nice, updated, a little dirty but it was not a big deal

Scam

Double booked & house already occupied (by family who booked months ago) when we tried to check in. Host knew this & did not alert us until after we arrived, got in with code which then was a very unsafe situation in an unfamiliar city, neighborhood & people. Beware of this host as front door could not be closed nor locked. Very unacceptable & sketchy. Host not responsive, stating he was out of country & could not help. Our first time using VRBO & never will again because their policy is not to assist or help with alternative accomodations evenwhen scammed by host.

Nice property...needs some management

The property is very nice. The master is nice with comfy king bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are beds and closets. No night satand desks or dressers. Charcoal grill was not clean and full of old ashes. Out door furniture needs an upgrade. Fortunately, I noticed neighbors trash was out as so I looked and ours was overflowing and ripe. Walking distance to the stadium is an overstatement as most of the route has no sidewalks. Lock system on front door needs work. Overall stay was good and fun!

Great family friendly location. Quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay here. A very nice quiet and safe gated community. Close enough to the airport and strip by taxi/Uber or lyft. I stayed with my family and we all agreed this home was perfect. Very clean. No issues. The beds were very comfortable. We did have to bring our own toilet paper and bags for trash. The house came with a few but we stayed a couple days and there were plenty of us. We ran out of tp and and had to buy trash bags since we ate meals at the house. Other than those small things. Would definitely recommend this location.

Clean place and very comfortable bed with clean sheets.

Very clean and comfortable to stay. Nice neighborhood with gate. We got the gate code and key code a little bit late but before my flight took off. So I had enough time to share the codes to my family ( came from different state). Prepare your own shampoo and hair dryer. We arrived late and found out there are two sets towels in each bathroom. You can found some extra towels in the closet but no shampoo or others. Bathrooms are very clean and it’s what we care about. We didn’t use kitchen. Very nice place. Will come back again.
