Frost is a lofted tiny home for two — small on square footage, generous where it counts. Queen bed under the eaves, private hot tub on the deck, fire pit stocked and ready for the night ahead.
Frost is part of a small collection of tiny homes — four in all, tucked close together, each with its own private outdoor space and all part of the same little community at Notestone Reserve. Privacy fencing and planted trees do the work of keeping things quiet and separate. Most guests stay entirely in their own lane — hot tub, fire pit, patio — and that's exactly how it's designed. The game room is there when you want it, and easy to ignore when you don't.
Named for Robert Frost — whose best work was always about paying attention to the woods around you — it's one of four tiny homes here, each designed for couples or solo travelers who want to unplug without giving up the good stuff.

🧴 What's Here When You Arrive
Every bathroom comes stocked with the good stuff — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. One less thing to remember when you're packing for the weekend.
We provide a starter kit of the essentials — 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge, and trash liners. We recommend bringing a little extra just in case.
🏡 The Shared Game Room
A short walk across the property, and open to every Notestone guest:
• 85" Smart TV
• Pool table
• Foosball
• Basketball arcade
• Classic arcade machines and a racing game
• Legos, card and board games, indoor cornhole
• Plus an outdoor playground for the kids (big and small)
📍 Getting Out
Notestone sits in Laurelville, right in the middle of the Hocking Hills. Rock House is 3.3 miles out. Conkle's Hollow is 8.8. Old Man's Cave is 11 miles, Ash Cave 16 — close enough for a morning hike, far enough that the property still feels like its own thing.
📶 About the WiFi
WiFi is included, but satellite internet in Hocking Hills has its limits. Most guests find the inconsistency easier to accept once they're in the hot tub. We aren't able to issue refunds for WiFi interruptions.
🌿 A Note on the Setting
We're in a wooded area, and while we stay on top of regular pest control, the occasional ladybug or curious spider showing up is just nature doing its thing.
📋 A Few House Rules
We're a small, family-owned operation, and keeping Notestone calm and well-kept is a group effort. A few things we ask:
• No parties or events, including bachelor/bachelorette groups. And no glitter — it never, ever goes away.
• Only registered guests on the property
• No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons
• No commercial photography or videography without written approval
• Hot tub: use the striped towels provided and keep the cover on between soaks
• Septic-safe: flush toilet paper only; no garbage disposal at the sink
• 4WD/AWD recommended during winter months
Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
