Boasting over 2,100 square feet - plus a finished basement - there’s ample space for family fun inside and out. Privacy abounds in this 5 bed / 2 bath lodge which comfortably sleeps 12 guests. The first floor offers a large eat-in kitchen, bar area, dining room, full bath and two bedrooms both with queen size beds. The sprawling covered porch/deck with hot tub, grill and firepit area overlooks your own valley/sunsets/snowscapes/woods; conveniently accessed directly off the kitchen. Step-down into the generous-sized sunken family room featuring flat screen TV, three sofas, shuffle-board table and armoire full of board games/cards, etc. The ground floor is also home to two more bedrooms – one with a queen bed and another with two twin-over-full bunkbeds. The finished basement is home to the fifth bedroom with queen bed, full bath and large ‘hangout’ room with flat screen TV and dart board.

Conveniently located minutes from OH-56E, top attractions such as Conkles Hollow State Nature Preserve, Rock House Trail, John Glenn Astronomy Park, Butterfly Ridge Conservation Center, Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Whispering Cave Trail, Cedar Falls, Tar Hallow, Cantwell Cliffs and Lake Logan are easily accessible within 5-15 miles. Whether you choose to explore the rolling hills on the property, take in sunset views from the hilltop perch while immersing in the hot tub or venture out to one of the many nearby attractions, you'll understand why the Lodge is the perfect sanctuary for the entire family!
CHECK-OUT is 11 AM ET the day of your departure. Please adhere to the following check-out rules:

1) Trash - Empty all garbage cans and place in the dumpster adjacent to the bottom of the driveway.
2) Linens - Strip all used bedding and place on the floor in the bedrooms; place all used towels on the floor in the bathrooms.
3) Refrigerator - Remove all items from the refrigerator and freezer and dispose in the trash cans provided outside.
HVAC – Configured to maximize your comfort! Heating can be set up to 74° and cooling down to 68°.
HOT TUB – The hot tub is properly treated for use & always remains “on” to recirculate the water. The temperature is set to maintain optimal heat; please do not adjust. Failure to adhere to Hot Tub safety rules may result in additional fees.
SMOKING – Prohibited inside the lodge; you may smoke outside, but please respect the property & dispose of all butts/remnants which may have been discarded on the grounds. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found inside the Lodge.
EVENTS - All weddings and/or events/parties must be pre-approved by the owner. An additional fee will be assessed accordingly.
